I still think the "gap" you talking about is because the pieces aren't cut on the precise angle as the one Maxx posted. I made another one by using measured lines, all equal widths, at 2x1 rectangles. It fits almost perfectly now when moved around, with exactly one piece left over. I just don't have the diagonal line cut the same.

Being an Animated GIF, I can't pause it to see any better.

Iffin it's really gonna make for a sleepless night.... I can dissect for ya. Yay/Nay?

EDIT: or better yet, how about a half speed gif?
