I'm performing the update on my home system first before attempting it on the work computer....
So far, it has errored once saying it couldn't install with an 0x80004005 error... an odd one since I believe that indicates an activation error and I purchased directly from MS so I know the key code is correct. I've checked for disk errors and if the next attempt ( which I'm in the middle of ) doesn't complete, I'll have Windows check it's own files out for a possible corruption ( ie sfc.exe /scannow ) .... After that, who knows..

My husband got his finished w/o any errors just took forever with the billion restarts and waiting.. its not too different from what I can see, the start button is not a true start button just takes you to your start screen... booo
