We are not likely to see the VK1 for 2 or 3 months, at best.
Leaford posted that the VK1 project had to be put on hold so they could get lots of juices, cartos, etc. shipped before CNY. China will be effectively shut down for 2 weeks, so that is the soonest they can resume working on it.
Add to that we know it will not be released, or even mass produced, until both Steve and Leaford have given it their stamp of approval.
Good to know the timing for the HV batteries. I could use some XL's in the interim.

Yeah, but you got other batteries with that starter kit too, didn't you? Now you can tuck em all in one case.
I'm just thrilled that I won't be spending an hour every evening trying to decide which 5 flavors I'm going to want the next day (4 in case, one on XL) Now it'll only be 30 min while I try to narrow it down to 8!
(And yes, I do go through all 5 in one day. Not completely, but I swap out flavors frequently throughout the day and then top em off when I get home from work..)
As much as I like the new case it's just not in the budget for now. I think it would be great for traveling. Looks like it's a little large to carry around but would be great to keep in the car or the desk drawer. When someone gets one maybe they give us the exact dimensions.
Yeah, I will have to wait a WHILE before ordering again....not until May, probably.
