As we're all super cool here and have either quit the stinkies or are in the process of doing so, i was wondering what resolutions you have for the new year.

I have two:
1. Cut down my nicotine...to a non-specific amount although 0mg would be nice!
2. Floss at least once per day...with my new gizmo i have no excuse to be afraid or grossed out!

Oh... I have a third...
3. As i wake up in the morning and oddly fancy doing yoga, i shall! (this is the least likely to last...)x

Having to think about it just now I think
1. I love the flossing thing, it is something that I should do way more frequently than I do. Daily!
2. Take better care of myself but not varying from my healthy eating but once weekly.
3. Do something nice for me each day (I tend to care for other people more, long term mom and team leader).
Who is next?

One of mines is already complete. I started vaping on the 7th of this month & wanted to be totally off the analogs by the 1st of the year but I haven't had one since the 12th. Aside from that I plan to take better care of myself by exercising more often...especially since ill be able to breath so much better than I could before & lastly to take more time to spend with family & not be ruled by work so much.

The flossing should definitely be added to the list too!

Sort of generalish ideas for the new year...
I've been cutting the nic down as I felt like it and so am down to 6mg and 12 mg now. Occasionally 0mg. I'm thinking of just getting 6mg and 0mg next time I order.
I'd like to collect vw pvs because I enjoy them so much. There's two I have my eye on at the moment.
Possibly join a gym. That could be setting myself up for failure. I'm sure those places make most of their money from people who sign up for a year and go for a week.

For the first time in over a decade I can finally cross the "stop smoking" off my new years resolution list SWEET!!!:toast:

As for cutting down nicotine? I don't think that's on my list for now.

1. Keep not smoking
2. buy a bicycle helmet and go on at least 1 bike ride this summer with my kids.
3. Grow one new vegetable in the garden this year. It's alot easier to get kids, husbands, etc to eat veggies when they grow them:laugh:

Mine would be to stop looking for and using things for vaping rather than what they were originally designed for.
Flossing, ah yes I loved flossing - only now my little floss sticks are primarily reserved for coil cleaning. They work so well I have resorted to purchasing them from the £shop, work well on coils - rubbish on teeth.

Safety pins and paperclips, all been straightened out for coil production, ever tried getting them back into original position?
Hby was looking for a paperclip just the other day, all he could find in the desk drawer were a 5 straightened paperclips of various sizes, hehe, I'd hidden the rest for later use. I did try to bend one back into shape for him, his face was a picture.

Lastly, probably most likely to fail, stop banging on about vaping, ecf, the next atomiser/ pv/ battery etc. I'm driving my family nuts about it. As all are non-smokers (unsympathetic), at Christmas dinner anytime I mentioned anything vape related they started doing this lala.gif a child like attempt at humour, yeah -haha, didn't stop me from wanting to do this cf.gif:mad:

Who am I trying to kid? I won't change a thing.

NEVER PUT ANOTHER ANALOG IN MY MOUTH! and thanks to newly found vaping in my life, I know that I will succeed. I am kind of liking this a little too much lol. Hopefully this won't come back to bite me in my ...., but I feel good knowing that I am not inhaling thousands of chemicals in my body. Thank you vapor god:D

Somewhere on top of the world
My list is below, but I need to give an explanation first. Last april my father found out what it was like to arrive at the hospital in an ambulance after I arrived at the house to find him lying on the bed with chest pains. While he quit smoking over 25 years ago we found out he had 90% blockage in 5 arteries so he was off for quituple bypass which was very succesful. After that I realized it was time to make some important changes in my life, things like this really make you assess your own life and such. So after finding out that his condition is hereditary I totally changed my diet to get rid of sodium, started riding a bicycle daily, and as of Nov 16th of 2012 quit analogs completely and have been vaping since. Even with all this something is still missing, I'm not any happier, still feeling tired almost ALL the time and realized my biggest problem is my career. I'm a single guy who travels alot for work and have made GREAT strides over the last couple of years to stay single because I'm selfish. Iv'e hurt a few people along the way because I wasn't willing to change my lifestyle but I never really cared because I never payed any attention to the important things until my father had a heart attack. So here's my list of new years promises to myself and to some people Iv'e hurt along the way.

1. Quit my GREAT paying job. I have no idea what's going to happen as I don't have a solid plan yet and it scares me. I love it!

2. Oppologize to a couple of x's that I decided were 2nd to my job.

3. Spend quality time with my friends and family

4. Stay off the analogs, I'm never looking back!!

Sorry for the long post but I figured what the heck no one here knows me that well!!
