The problem is the same there that it is here. The testing done with e-cigs stands on it's own merit.
However, the programs are for smoke-not, which is influenced greatly by WHO and ASH (sound familiar?) who do not regard cigarette replacement to be condusive to not smoking. It means "Nicotine Free", rather than smoke free.

Is there anywhere I can move, short of the moon, where there are no Antis, people live and let live, and I'd be free to enjoy my E-Ciggy?! lol

Everyone knows the fail-rate, but it's like being in some dream all right......It's working, look how much money antis make with these 'campaigns'! I think these organizations just live for the failures, it means they have stay in business another quarter. BPharm can keep making candy, everthing's fine. FDA has it's share of boo-boo's, who cares, all their mistake stats are dead, can't complain after the settlements, and the jobs are premium. And BG is still passing bills to make our life perfect, happy day. After they take over everything we won't have a care in the world, will we.
Those who just want the playing field to be level are the losers, it's the elitists who seem to have the upper hand.
We gained a point or two, by the way, vapers did, because in a way we are the most positive antis around, the antiestablishmentarians still reign strong! But we still have a lot of work to do.
