We’ll see how long it lasts. The impression I have always received here is most high level anti-vaping pressure and data comes from well heeled vested cigarette interests who either compete with vaping in the smoking cessation market, or make their money off cigarette sales.
New Zealand is a small out of the way place internationally speaking but suborning its government would be just as expensive as suborning that of any other. The cost/return ratio may not be there for the big players to take an interest so they're so far being let alone to peruse the actual science.
