Really I wouldn't buy gear at a vape shop if you don't have much funds. It is usually cheaper to buy online. Liquid is usually about the same.
So an MVP2 is what I would recommend also. You might as well do it right the first time and not have to buy anything else for awhile.
An MVP2 is a box mod vaporizer and it has great battery life. You can adjust the voltage or wattage on the device for more power to your atomizer. ( which is just a coil made with kanthal wire. And some kind of wicking material to soak up the e liquid). Now highering voltage/wattage will produce more vapor anf make the vape warmer as you go up. Also the flavor might get better. The key is when you get one to mess around with the voltage pr wattage and find what you like.
Usually the mvp 2 kit comes with a tank that you put liquid in then vape away. I believe it's an I clear 30 or something. And honestly those work pretty decent except they have a really tight draw. But I would say try that tank first and see if you like it.
Also you're going to need some juice. There are a lot of cheaper e liquid sites out there. Mt baker vapor is a popular one with a lot to choose from. So you will need to figure out what kind of flavor you will like. Then there's the nicotine lvl now depending on how much you smoked you may need a higher or lower nicotine lvl.
Now juice (or e liquid) is mixed with flavoring, propylene glycol (PG), vegetable glycerin (VG), and nicotine. Some people have problems with vg and some with pg. You just gotta find out for yourself by trying different mixtures such as 50pg/50vg or mix it up a bit but I suggest starting at a 50pg/50vg and see how it goes from there. How it goes is pg carrys flavor and more of a throat hit. (Throat hit is that harsh feeling when you inhale something). And vg produces more vapor and is smoother.
I know I'm all over the place. I'm not good at writing long responses and keeping them organized. Lol.
But if you have any questions feel free to message me on here or we can keep talking here.
Hope some of this made sense.
