You can get a very decent setup (tank and mod) for under $100.

If you have $70, don't use more than 75 watts, and don't mind waiting 10-14 days for it, the HCigar VT75D is an excellent mod.

Agree. Got one and love it. It's well made and ergonomically designed to fit the hand well.
