I love the forum!!! It has been a big help! I have been on here for hours this evening...
I would like to ask opinions on which "brand" delivers the largest amount of vapor in a pen style or mini, please.
I made the mistake of purchasing a "disposable" starter kit and I hated it! No vapor to speak of, no taste either. It was enough to make some people give up on e-cigs completely! But I want to do this so I want to try again!
Thanks for the help!

The Joye510 is the vapor champ right out of the box. You won't go wrong with a DSE801 either, but the Joye is a tiny little fog machine.

P.S. Before you decide you may want to check out both models on YouTube to see them in action.

Hi smokin and welcome to ECF! I used both the 510 and 901 attys. The 510 definitely delivers more vapor, but you lose a little of the flavor of the e-liquid because the 510 runs a little hotter. The 901 produces good vapor and the flavor is much better due to it running cooler.

Hope this helps...the forum has tons of info but if you have any questions, just ask. There's lots of great folks here to help you.

Just to throw in my 2 cents, probably the 510 for a mini and m-201 for a pen style, based on vapor. The m-401 mini or dse-801 for a good combo of vapor and flavor. I'm sure many others will add and this only my opinion. Welcome to the forum :).

just to add as far as 801's are concerned the 112's from bestecig are better compared.. 112 is an 801 clone, but highly recommended.... plus if you like using carts the new 801's are high bridged now ( I think still) and are deadly for the polyfill, but excellent for dripping

one big run-on hehe

I made the mistake of buying the smoking everywhere from a mall kiosk. Then I picked up a Joye 510. Love the 510. I got it from Cignot.com they had really good special 2 battery's, 2 atty's, 5 carts, Personal Charger Case (PCC very good to have due to short battery life of the 510) two bottles of juice for like $65.00. I don't think they have that deal going still but I had great customer service! I have only tried 2 e-cigs the SE Gold and the Joye 510 with manual batteries I couldn't stand the SE gold. What it sounds like in the forms is that there is a lot of personal preferences when it comes to PV's. GOOD LUCK ON YOUR HUNT! I was wrong cignot still has the $65.00 deal! Great Buy for the money in my opinion.

Sorry ONE MORE THING

just to let you know.... since most likely every model will be named...... for the most part(not always) 3pcs will tend to produce more vape than the 2pc..... and liquid is an important factor as welll....crappy liquid will hurt you no matter what you use

I'm about to purchase a adapter to use 901's on my 510 batteries. If the 510 hadn't shown up I'd still be happy with my 901. It went from top of the food chain to old school when the Joye510 hit the market. But just like the old pen style, they're still excellent devices. I think of my 901 the way noobs think of cigarettes.

I own a DSE 901, RN 4075, and Joye 510, so this is all speaking from personal experience, as well as several months of reading on the forums.
I know the 510 is the popular choice, and it is what I would recommend as the next level after your first good eCig experience.
But many users have difficulties with the 510 for various reasons. There's a learning curve associated with it.
So I recommend a DSE 901 or an RN 4075 for a complete beginner, because they are more consistent in their behavior and have less of a learning curve. The 901 is adequate for a first experience if you use a good liquid with a high enough mg (if you are using nicotine liquid to imitate the analog experience). The RN 4075 gives a hit just a little shy of the 510's.
The 510 is the popular choice for a portable PV for experienced vapers, but look at the number of threads of new users having problems with it and becoming frustrated by the experience. It frustrated me so much I set it aside for months after never getting decent performance out of it and used my 901 exclusively until discovering the 4075. It was only after starting a problem solving thread on the forums and working through the issues with experienced users that I was able to enjoy the 510, and even then, I am still having issues of various kinds like cart leaking that I hope more practice and experience will help me to resolve.
That being said, I would recommend researching the forums and looking at vaper's comments about their various two-piece models, three-piece models, pen styles, and oversized mods like the prodigy, bullet, protege, etc. The more research you do before making a decision, the better.
And when you do buy, look around for the best price, and check in the supplier's forums for the coupon code list.
