i smoked 2 1/2 packs a day for about 44 yrs when i saw the guy that runs zeecigs on utube by chance. watched all his stuff and found out about the forum here where there is a whole lot of info almost too much at times. i bought a joyce 510 with the thought i will try this just to see what it is like, not really to quit smoking. that was 31 days ago and i have not had a analog or even wanted one, even with morning coffee or a beer. now my 2 cents worth to other newbees, first buy a decent (pv spend a little money on one that looks and feels like a cig (you could due worse than a 510) for the pycho addiction then get some 24mg juice for nic addiction (you can cut it down if too strong) and if you feel like a smoking a anlog (real cig) go ahead do it. dont ever make yourself feel like you are depriving yourself. no sweat also get enought batt and att and carts so vapping is always availlable. thxs to the vets here on forum with their advice and positive coments

Hey goat,
I hear where you're coming from. 35+ years 1 1/2 - 2 PAD smoker here. Now analog free.
Great advice for the new vaper. Either a a basic 510 or a kr808 are both good starter PV's. Even though I've moved on to higher voltage and have a couple "big batt" units, the kr8 was an easy no frills e-cig to get some vaping experience with. The same statement would apply to a 510.
Most vapers will eventually buy different or bigger & better devices as their knowledge base develops.
The good thing about a reasonably priced 510 or kr8, is that you can always turn around and sell them for at least half of what you paid for them and reinvest that cash into a different PV.

Glad to hear that you've dropped the "stinkies". Congrats and welcome to the forum.
Good luck in all your future vaping endeavors!
