You'll end up finding out what works for you, Migzo. I admit it sometimes does come off as almost cult-like in the vapid endorsements around here, but I think if you stick it out, you'll find that there are a few real people on here. It really doesn't matter whether anybody likes the model you have or not; what is going to matter is whether you do and whether it helps you achieve your goals. If you only use it for a couple of weeks before you're ready to move on to something else, it has stilled served the purpose of moving you forward to achieving what you want, so ignore any scathing remarks cast in your direction!!

Good luck. There are a lot of people that are willing to help, and just mentally edit as you see fit.

+1. I agree totally. There are alot of good people here but on the other hand I get the impression that there are alot of agendas and business interests at play due to the state of this industry. I found what works for me and in the end my feelings are the only one that matters.I like advice but when I go with my gut feelings I'm never disappointed.

I just wish that I had gone with my gut when I first got into this. If I did I wouldn't have spent so much on equipment that I'm not using. Of all the models, batteries and mods I've tried the only one that buried my craving for cigs was a "name brand" l88b model, something I NEVER would have tried if I listened to all the bashing here.

It's odd that when I was smoking nobody ever said to me "Marlboros suck, bring them back and get Camels instead." Unfortunately that's not the case here.

Isn't it nice knowing you're not alone? I think everyone who starts out is confused, unless they have a personal friend or family member to help them out. If a friend of mine hadn't mentioned them a few times and said how much she enjoys them, I probably would have thought they were the "latest and greatest" gimmick too.

As it was said, the crappy looking websites look like fakes but come to find out their usually more reliable than the professional looking sites. I looked at a few sites and thought they didn't look right and made the mistake of going with a more professional looking and sounding site. Big mistake! It wasn't until after I made my first purchase of a kit that I found the ECF. I wish it had been the other way around but oh well, can't change that. I'm just glad I found this forum before I put any more money into e-cigs.

Welcome aboard and enjoy your stay! The people here are awesome!

I know how you feel. I also did a lot of google searching and it was very difficult to find an impartial review site until I came across this forum. Unfortunately, I came across this forum a day after giving in and ordering one of the "commercial" ecigs. Doh!

This place is great though. A week in, I placed an order for an upgrade to an Ego (though I've actually gotten better at getting vapor out of this automatic Safe Cig). And today, some new juice should be in my mailbox when I get home from work. :)
