First off,
I am not a expert. I have been vaping since september 24th, 08. No smoking. I am done with that after 40 years. This thread doesn't need to get a reply, but i have seen way to many posts of people either running out of liquid or sitting with dead atties.
See, this thread is more of a suggestion to all the new guys/gals that come here for help to understand that backup is very important. I suggest that your first month when you order your kit, get two extra atties, a bottle of extra juice and if you order a couple atties and one bottle of juice once a week for only one month, $20 to 30 a week... still cheaper than a pack a day for a week, (assuming a pack ran you $7 dollars x 7 days = $49 dollars) you will never be in dire straights and maybe left sitting alone with your one dead or half dead atty. And you would have months of atty power and probably a half year worth of juice...
By no means am i picking on anyone, but this is a new and outstanding world we are building together and if you have been vaping for a while you know backup is where it is at.
I hope this helps a couple of you newbe's and then you can always have your baby ready when you are.
Thanks..... Vape On.

Very good advice.
I am still waiting for my kit but have already planned to order another for my husband. But I tossed and turned all night last night afraid I didn't order enough juice- so first thing I did was juggle the bank account a little and ordered some more, so I know I will have enough until next week and payday.

We do spend $7.50 a pack- so since I ordered my kit we have spent $32- my first order with my kit and juice was $43- It is easy to see just how much the savings will end up being even if we but out an extra $50 bucks a month until we are well stocked.

I'm ordering everything with the idea the husband will take to this so it will take me a little longer to get everything I think we need, but we will get there.

Hey Kalekona,
i am glad you saw this, my story is i spent around 3 to 4 hundred dollars the first two months, and nothing since. of course half of that was because i purchased the VP2 mod and the pure smoker passthrough. So take that away and i have around 800 ml of different juices, around 30 atties give or take.
but since the end of Nov i have not spent a penny. This is for my wife and i to vape till the cows come home as they would say. I haven't added it all up but between my wife and i since the end of sept. just multiple 15.00 a day times 112 days.. i am totally now in the black and very happy and alot healthier.
Good luck to you and everyone else on this forum.

This is really an excellent post. Unfortunately coming from a guy like me in the sales side it doesn't always mean too much to a newbie and might turn someone off - so always have to tread water between giving what I think is the best advice and trying not to give a person a bad image or impression by recommending more supplies. Thanks for putting this information out there, because this really is an important consideration in starting up.

hey Phero,
i am hanging around here a little so i will say, yes, if you are in the business it might look like your pushing a little. But to those who are new, please believe me, the worst that comes out of this is you might wind up with a couple flavors that just don't do it for you right off. EX: I purchased 30ml of cherry 24mg juice. when i tasted it, well basically it sucked, but a month later i mixed it with some choco drops and some menthol drops and wham i am loving it. So once again the money i spent will not go to waste and i am not smoking. But don't be afraid to by some supplies and you will be glad you did.
Thanks againl

Here and back
Great job TDWave - I placed my first order cautiosly, then got little anxious and placed another before the first order got here. Then again ordered additional supplies once the first orders arrived. Now I've gone "whole Hog" to be certain I have everything on hand. Where I live they don't even promise overnight UPS, USPS or FedEx (that should explain how rual). We need to stock, if we run out you know the cig store is down the road and I don't want that. Keep supplies folks!

I have my DIY suppllies, 2 backup atties, and batteries. ALSO, the do NOT BREAK unless in case of emergency Mad Vapes 10.00 510 disposable. I have read reviews- it really shouldn't be called a disposable...but I visualize the glass over it ...so I can try to resist it as LONG as humanly possible.

BUT definitely a MUST READ TDWAVE for all newbies

me- 1 1/2 months smoke free and through some difficult times lol n drinking wasn't one of them!
