Holly Cr*p. That was intense. I understood all that in the video, but, doesn't someone already sell this type of thing?
Generally anything with "rebuildable" in the acronym is something your are going to have to coil and wick yourself.
1 advantage of the RDA is the coils can last for months and the wicks are really not a big deal to replace, about like threading a large needle.
If you have a knowledgeable Brick and Mortar shop near you, they usually are glad to show you how and build your coil for you, especially if you buy it from them. The ones near me do it for free if you are a regular.
Don't be put off by the video, it is one of the best ones out there but he does use tools that you can get by without.
That said a screwdriver, nail, drill bit or any other solid round object of the correct diameter works just fine.
If you do decide to try it out, The Youde, IGO series (L and W1) are good beginners RDAs and can be had for around $10 to $15 as long as you stay with the 2 and 3 post versions versus the 5.
If you are doing a battery unit like the EGO, or a vv/vw mod you will want to run about 1.5Ω and I would not start much below that for a mech.
Of course if you are intimidated by building you own stuff, You might check out tank type cartomizers.
I recently started using a Youde AGR+ and am kind of wishing I had discovered it before spending 6 months with protanks....

Oh yea, if you mail order check whether it comes with a drip tip, you might need to order one of those as well.
