Hi All. I'm new ;o)

For some insane reason I decided to ignore all UK suppliers and order a Volt back in March, just to see if it could help me cut down smoking analogues.

I haven't smoked a single one since SI shipped my goods!

I've now upgraded to the X2, with clearo's, and love it. My favourite juice is also the Volt RY4.

Really keen to get chatting with fellow Volt'ers. I can't find a single one on our UK based forums.

The fools!

Welcome and well done on switching.

I think the main reason you won't find many UK users of the Volt is because it isn't available in the UK, I beleive the Volt is a KR808 (Don't quote me but I'm sure I remember someone telling me this), on our side of the pond I know we have JacVapour who supplies KR808's (I got his kit) and they work fantastically, so if I'm right we are using the same thing just with different brand names.

I also have eGo's, mainly now for certain juice and if I need a little longer on the battery but I still love his juice.

Hi Trilly. Thanks.
I think someone mentioned the Jac to me before, but was too new to understand what they were saying! Oh, and yes, ours is an 808.

So do you buy clearo's from Jac too? Since using one, I can't use a carto, I can't get any sort of draw off one, and have stupid amounts stuck in my cupboard, while I sit here tapping my fingers waiting for SI to ship my new clearo's. (I dropped my only brand new one down the back of my radiator last night grrrrr!)

Not tried Clearo's yet but have some on order this week, I found carto's to be pretty good for me and only recently are they starting to lack a little, I'm just particularly paranoid about the possibility of anything leaking in my bag or pocket. Jac has started stocking clearos now so have a look, I'll tell you what I think when mine arrive. I'm very partial to his vanilla juice though, I never liked any of the tobacco flavours so my mum had them off me when she started but I love the sweet stuff, his cherry and chocolate mixed together are to die for (I bet they rock on higher voltages)

Yikes on dropping one behind the radiator, I'd be tearing my hair out, I learnt quickly to keep a stock of everything I use regularly and never let myself get below a months worth, just in case.

I know, I know! It was my initial order, and at $6 each plus shipping, I was wary of ordering more in case I didn't get on with them. If they are the same as the smokeless image clearo's, they are great... I am a bit of a handbag freak, and would cry if anything leaked in mine. To date, I have not had a single drop leak from a Volt clearo, even when I've chucked it into my handbag, routed around for my keys/phone/whatever a million times and disturbed it.

I'm not big on the tobacco juices either. I ordered the El Toro Cigarellos, which everyone raves about on UKVapers. I sold it on immediately as it tasted like a pub ashtray ;o) I love anything caramelly or RY4, but really want some Orange De Sangre from Highbrow. The reviews on it have been great so far. I just wish I could get a little sample first, as the shipping charges from the US are really hurting my bank balance!

Have a look at some of the UK suppliers, some have free delivery (some if you order above a certain amount), Liberty Flights are good but prone to being out of stock, I just google and found more than are listed here. Saying that I also make some of my own flavours too (I love banana milkshake), I think e-liquidsuk do sample packs too so is worth a look.

The shipping from outside of the uk is the main thing that puts me off but it is kinda limiting, there seams to be so many choices in the US compaired to here, it also gets confusing when things are renamed for the uk market too.

I tried the Bud Tanks, all I can say is they don't leak but they are bloody awful on tastes and since it's a cold vapour I got nothing from them.

I have tried some of the UK stuff, and UK suppliers, it just isn't hitting the spot at all...

Not tried a bud, and bloody sure I won't now!

I'm seeing a pattern emerging with your juices... sweet, sweeter, and sweetererer ;o)

Think I'll stick with the US stuff for now. May have found a couple of vapers that will split the postage with me. Win win!

Always a bonus if you share shipping.

Oh I do love my sweet juice, great for my sweet tooth and waistline too (talk about win win).

I get supplies for my mum too, we havo found doing it that way we always end up in the free postage amount so works well for us (plus my mum doesn't have a computer).

I just wish there were more physical shops here in the UK, you know where you could go and try things, it all still seems very hush hush like it's wrong when in actual fact it's better than sliced bread (being a Brit you know what I mean)

I know, my friends have made me feel like I am cooking up .... when I fill up my little Volt!

Just you wait, they'll all jump on our bandwagon at some point ;o)

Hi Sibsie, Thanks. And to think I moan about my commute from Portsmouth to Southbank once a week!

Well done for staying off the analogues. I found that telling myself I could have one if I wanted one worked for me. I've still got the same pack in the cupboard, with the same amount that I had the day my little Volt arrived months ago!

I'm a flight attendant so going there is just work. Very lucky to be able to do that. I had two cartons of duty free smokes that I just gave away. Now there's no temptation in the house I've not had a problem at all with cravings. Actually what got me started was those Vape Sticks they sell in Tescos. I tried one and decided to get myself a proper kit as soon as I got home. It's been a bit trial and error but now I've got a set up I'm happy with for now and finally a juice I love I'm golden!

I should bring over the juices that I don't like for you. I had a load of fruity ones but they just don't do it for me.
