Hey everyone!
So I just received my first e cig in the mail today!!! :) I got V4L's titan twinset that included a xl vapor titan manual battery (in pink of course!) and a 6ml dual coil tank (kinda too big for me lol just order the smaller one) and I LOVE IT! I was worried about filling the tank, but I did it and it actually is pretty easy. Now I just need to find a liquid I love, I will take any recommendations. Anyways, I have a couple of questions the first being is the crackling noise ok? also how do I store my e cig, when I'm not using it should I take the battery off and am I suppose to keep them stored vertically or does it not matter?

Ok thats the only questions I have (for now).

i am kind of new too, but i have used several different types of ecigs and liquids. i prefer USA mix, which is a normal tobacco flavor (supposedly, a little sweet but i am used to it now). i started at 26 mg and now i am down to 9 and no analogs. the crackling noise is ok, and its better to keep your battery off when you arent using it. i store me ecig in my pocket, center console, counter etc.. i have no special case or anything but thats a personal preference. as long as eliquid does leak out, it should be fine.

Welcome blondiexoxo. I'm a noob too, so welcome to the confusion and keep asking questions - we all benefit from reading them, and someone else is likely to ask what you want to know. There are lots of helpful people here.
I've been storing mine vertically, but I'm using a clearomizer. My understanding is that it is safer to store it vertically if you are using a clearo or a tank. I would go with horizontal if you are using a cartomizer.
Juice flavors is the biggest challenge for me personally, I'm taking to mint and menthol flavors even though I hated them in cigarettes. I think finding a great juice flavor is extremely personal and challenging. Keep at it, and good luck.

Thank you everyone for your input, I will keep searching! I have 4 liquids coming in the mail tomorrow so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I will love one of them!
I also have another question, do I clean my tank and how? I mean I'm not sure they get dirty but I'm guessing at some point they do.
Definitely keep searching, and it may take more thank 4 more liquids. I am now up to samples from 4 vendors, at least 2 dozen flavors (probably more). Fingers crossed for you, tho.
I'm not yet using tanks, but they do require maintenance. There are some great videos on YouTube, and some great advice here in the forums. Search the name of your tank - manufacturer name first - and you should get some hits immediately. You can also try posting here and someone helpful will point you in the right direction. It will be important to know the name of your tank (or at least post a pic) since they all have different builds/characteristics.

i clean my tanks in dish soap and water. sometimes the end caps can be hard to get off but they will come off. as far as liquids, most vendors offer sample packs. typically you'll get a half dozen flavors for not too much coin. also some sites will advertise what their best selling liquids are. that helps. i'll recommend some vendors:

Ms Ts Bakery Essentials
Ahlusion
FanceeJuice

Welcome to ECF. i use to live in Norfolk back when i was a sailor. good luck

Hey everyone thanks for the responses! I have a 6ml dual coil tank from V4L, which is a little big for me so I order the 3.5ml one the other day. I will look for some videos on youtube to show me exactly how to clean it. It's nice to see other people from Virginia! I currently live in the Stafford/Fredericksburg area. Do any of the Virginians know of any stores that have good vaping stuff? The tobacco store down from me has a little bit of stuff from Hot Vapes, but nothing I'm really interested in.

Might be a bit of a drive but I wanted to invite you to the Central vapemeet on Jan 26th. Its being held at Brass Monkeys in Chester Va from 6-10 pm. Great chance to try out some juices (people there dont mind sharing) and others pvs and accessories. I hear that they are going to have some great door prizes provided by a couple of vendors as well.

One of the organizers of the group is about to open his own brick and mortar too
