Will the DENSITY of putting too much poly-fill in the cart affect the wicking process (e.g. impede it)? Thanks

Hi--Sentrarob--Absolutely!!
Too thick and it will not wick, too thin and it will not hold the e-liquid. I have found that 20 oz. polybatting works the best--you can purchase it a Walmart. You just have to play with it till you get the right packing of the cartridges.
