I found that my ego-c worked better with the hard caps than the silicon caps. Some of the leakage you have may actually be condensation and some may really be leaks. Take long slow drags sort of like drinking from a straw, sometimes the hard draw will flood the atty. As for cleaning, I soak mine in a bowl of water heated to the boiling point, then use a tiny flat head screw driver to pull the wick plate. Then I hold the spike with a pair of tweezers and hold a lighter to the wick to burn off the gunk till they are white again. I put the atty head without the spike plate onto the atty base, put the cone on and dry burn it a few times till I see the coil glow. Then I soak the atty head a little longer to get the ash out of it, put the spike plate back on using one of the tanks with a hard cap to press it tight. Let it dry 24 hours and it is good to go.

Recenlty however I switched to the dct tank and love this thing!

Hi, and welcome! I too have the Ego C batteries, and if you have trouble, please try the Ego Mega Dual Coil Cartomizer (search for EMDCC on ecf). It holds about 4ml, great for a whole day, and awesome flavour and TH. You will not be disappointed. Read some of the reviews, and you probably wont go back to leaky tank systems!
