 It's your money, what do YOU think will suit your needs best? You said you are at a desk most of the day, so I agree, a pass thru might be nice to have. How often do you go out and how long are you gone? Are those choices going to suit those needs as well? Do you often travel? With some searching you can find a car adapter that will run the pass thru.
Just think a little about what you do, how you do it, and try to match that with your e-cig. The worst is to be without when you need it!

i use on my way to work and from work about 20 minutes each way i was smoking 2 regulars on way to work 2 on 15 minute morning break 4-5 at hour lunch, and 2 on afternoon break and 2 on ride home...

so so just about half to 3/4 pack a day I am unable to smoke or vape at my desk at work, I could on bathroom breaks LOL and at home easily

I just want to get a good unit, the new 2.5 looks good, but comes with ce4's not ce5's with the replaceable atomizer... I guess i could upgrade later but I like the fact that the 2.5 is variable voltage, and that it has a battery that comes out of the unit, and has cheap batteries where I could have 4 or 5 of those suckers handy if I wanted to do a stint on counter strike at home or smth

No, I'm sorry, I WANT you to get something that will work for you as well, this is why I'm asking so many questions!
I'm not a fan of the Clearo's, so I can't help you at all there! I used to carry four cig-alike's with me everywhere! Now days, I have a Provari with a tank. No matter how long I think I'm going to be gone, I fill the tank and check the battery. If it's good, I grab a spare, if it's questionable, I change it out with a fresh one! If I know I'm going to be gone a while, I take some extra juice and two spare batteries! If, on the rare occasion I go anymore, I'm going to a bar, I double on up what I think I will need, just because!
to give you an idea, I have the Provari, then.......... a Lava tube, an Altsmoke BB AND five cig-alike batteries (these are back ups!) The last thing you want is to be without a battery, or juice, or a delivery system, when you are trying to quit!
I think you are making some sound choices for sure, I just wanted you to think about how much more you might use them than you think you do!

I've looked at that, and seem to like the clearomizer or vivi nova setup more than I like the cartomizers.

i really do not want to do carts, I have a njoy and these carts are kinda ok, i can see using this as my backup and just in case or to try new stuff and not waste time filling a vivi nova.

perhaps the vivi nova and the 2.5 are what i am after with spare batts and what not.

I tried the Vivi's, I got a muted taste, then a burnt taste, just wasn't my thing, but others just love them! Taste is so subjective it's hard to say! I love the simplistic idea of them, easy to fill, easy to change out the coil, just easy! But just not for me!
I like the taste I get from the carto tank better, and I'm a serious juice hog! I can down 10ml a day pretty easy! So having 5-6ml on board is a nice bonus for me as well.
But I'm not you, and you aren't me, so it may not work for you! I'm sure you will try different supply systems as your journey goes on. I'm waiting for some RBA's to play with, but they aren't for everybody at all! Just like you wont like a lot of the juice I like, and I wont like a lot of juice you like! That's the subjective part again.
Get some batteries that suit your needs, then you can play with delivery all you want! Like I said, I think you have really put some thought into this and I think you have chosen wisely.

looks like I am going to go for the big hog on this order and get it over with, the new v2.5 variable voltage mygo from aquavaporcigs Variable Voltage MyGo v2.5 Electronic Cigarette | Version 2.5 Variable Voltage eCig

I am just clarifying whether I get 2 CE4's with the kit or CE5's as the lower description says. I'd rather have something I can change parts on rather than replace whole.

lets see what he says, I know it's the holidays but I'm like.... take my money.... take it... just box it and get it to me in 3 days..... lets see what he can do.

I am a little impatient, it's the holidays and I relish my days off.... so i want my stuff to come in by the 29th of December.

I know EXACTLY what you mean.

next i'll be headed over to myfreedomsmokes for juice since I like to mix my own stuff, (I mix my own cologne) and I home brew.....

I'll let you guys/gals know what they say about shipping and the options on this new item they are carrying, I intend to do a whole thing on it including video on youtube about the experience from a rn4081 Njoy to variable voltage.... i'm excited. I'll be keeping the Njoy as my backup since the kit for it was only $10 at sams club. battery and usb charger... im going to be waiting for my new setup to come in so on 12 23 2012 i picked up a 5 cartridge prefilled NJOY cartomizer set for $10... not real expensive, but I am glad to not smell like asha nd smoke all day long

If aqua does well, I will stay a loyal customer for a long time to come.

consolidating.

I ended up getting a variable volt mygo 2.5 ie. (lambo V4) for $53.00 could not pass it up variable voltage 1 510 tank and 1 ce5 atomizer with the starter kit 2 batteries and a charger...

I must admit I am looking at the variable wattage devices and trying to learn more, but for now I think I will place an order for 250mL of nic liquid and some 100% veg to cut it down with and some concentrates from freedom smokes.

I did have a problem with the credit card processing at aquavapor which i forget I think I spoke with jackie? sorry if I messed up the name... very helpful, I kind of felt like a little kid making my first purchase of a nudie magazine on the phone haha but I think it was a good choice to lead down the road to vaping and slowly lowering my nic intake I hope to get down in to the low range eventually.

so here is my progress

BROADWAY

Acceptance December 26, 2012 - 4:17 pm

I asked on december 24th if they would be shipping on december 26th, and sure enough order placed day after christmas, and shipped day after christmas. THAT IS DEDICATION! That is also part of owning a business, I will update this thread when I get my products and record video to document this little journey for me.

last cig smoked camel crush on december 18th, smoking 10-12 a day about 108 cigs avoided $31.80 approximately saved or rather put towards quitting in the long run.

I down a rn 4081 cart in approximately 2 days so 3.2mL little under if that...

I think 350mL of nic liquid will last quite a while.

OK got my setup and yea... OMFG whole new ball game

variable voltage is a whole nother world... not I have to figure out my voltage and aquavapro was nice enough to send me 1 dct 3.5mL and 1 ce5 1.6mL so I can check out both products and see what I like....

I got menthol and clove.... clove im gradually increasing the voltage until I get that clove hit that I like and the menthol is really nice.

my SWMBO (someone who must be obeyed) says both smell better than the rn4081 carts which smelled like ash trays apparently...

lets see how work goes.... hope I never drop this thing..... i got it in gun metal and it looks sharp

Glad to hear you're trying to quit smoking! give one of the automatic 808's a try with a tank clearomizer. I'm loving mine at the moment! No leak, great vapor and no need to press down a button all the time. The only downside is it doesnt have a super long battery life. Still good for ~ 2 hours of continuous vaping, but to be honest, with a PCC (case that charges ecigs in your pocket) the lower battery life doesnt affect me at all!
