Hello, been reading the forums here now for a couple weeks, and decided to join in with my 2 cents. I stopped smoking a month ago tomorrow, and now I am addicted to vaping, and having fun with all the flavors available. I'm using an Innokin itaste 3.0 with a Kanger Mini tank, and it's an amazing set up. I have also learned to rebuild my T3's as well using 2mm silica wick and 32g kanthal, and they always test at 2.5-2.7 ohms, I've turned into a vaping nerd at this point. Anyways, enough rambling, I look forward to some good discussions!!!

Welcome.

I am not much farther along than you, being at the six week mark. Just wait, it gets nerdier. I have a mechanical mod, and just ordered all gauges of kanthal... I have 2 eGos, a mechanical mod, and an Itaste MVP, as well as waiting for 18 more people to join the CoOp for a Siegelei ZMax Mini... I also have several options for tanks, Kanger 3, Kanger Mini, iClear30, Large Davide, Clearomizers, Straight Cartos, and I just ordered my first rebuildables and I rewick everything myself.

It adds up really fast, and each step is a learning experience.

So, come on in, pull up a chair and a vape and let's have a chat.

Thanks for the welcome. I started off with a cheap $20 set up just to try it out and attempt to quit smoking about 4 months ago, and failed due to crappy battery and cheap throw away tank that always leaked and made a mess. so about a month ago I decided to try once more, so I stopped by local shop again, and bought me a Kanger Mini and that changed the whole ball game. I then started researching batteries and now I have 5 of them along with a larger tank, and that's not counting the wife's custom purple kanger mini either. And don't get me started on the e liquids, that habit is already out of control. We actually drove 50 miles away a couple weeks ago just to try some new flavors, now we go sample on the weekends. Anyways, that's just the start of it I suppose. Been addicted to the Melonball and Atomic Fireball flavors, sour apple rocks as well. LOL

Earlier tonight I was getting annoyed with my larger protank gurgling, and sucking up liquid, tongue full of atomic isn't pleasant at all. I tore apart an atty and doubled up 2ea 2mm silica wicks and wrapped identical to the factory coil leaving the space in the center. Anyways, put it back together with 3 strands on top of coil, did a dry burn, and it fixed the problem. Smokes really thick at 5.2v, no burnt taste at all, and zero dry hits. How's that for being a nerd.
