hey guys, new to vaping.... Smoked for 20 years, a pack a day, then tried vaping and haven't looked back!!!
I have a lot to learn and a lot to ask lol
I'm running a dna200 tuglyfe box with a clone Kennedy "which I want a authentic asap"
Anyways if u have some tips or advice about which coils are best, or which rda/ buildable tank would be best for for my set up then I'm all ears.

Welcome! So there are tons of different sub ohm tanks out there. It's getting to the point that if you ask 10 people what their favorite tank is, you will get 10 different answers! My advice is to watch some YouTube reviews on the different tanks. You can get a good feel for what each one is like by watching a review of someone breaking down a tank and coil and explaining the pros and cons of it. I am very partial to the Kanger Subtank mini because of the rebuildable deck. It is my all day tank. I don't use anything else. I rewick it every other day and re-coil it about once a week. Some of the other popular tanks are the Aspire Triton tank, Herakles tank, Arctic tank and the UD Zephyrus tanks. Just start checking out reviews and posts here in the tank subforum and try a few. I always recommend going thru a good online dealer that ensures you are getting an authentic setup. Cheers and good luck!

Thanks for the love guys!
I started out with some $40 lite40 set up.
But seen the tuglyfe dna200 on Instagram and did a few days searching until I got one shipped up here in Ontario Canada.
We have a few vape shops here in town, but nothing exciting as in the states...mind u, Toronto is 2 hours away and I sure I could find some cool gear up there in due time.
The shop that has the most stuff in town isn't bad, but they carry ALOT of clones and some real but it's hard to believe them when 90% are clones.
I don't mind clones but I'd like to own and try a real RDA or RTA with my tuglyfe.
Either way it's awesome not to smoke cigarettes anymore!.
I can't wait until I can get into the used stuff section on here so I can start my investing journey into real rda's etc
The tank I have on my dna now is pretty low grade and my next purchase is either a rebuildable tank or one like the TFV4 I've read about.
One more question guys...is there really a difference in a clone Kennedy or velocity vs the real deal? Like will the real vape better, feel better? Or is it just all in my head
Once again thanks guys!

The profit margins on authentic gear is pretty tight as compared to a clone. A B&M (brick and mortar) has much higher overhead costs than the internet vendors. I, for one, use the internet most.

As to directions on gear, bigger/greater/larger is not always better. What do YOU want in your vape? Flavor? Clouds? Physical appearance?

Ahhhhh, well lol it's hard to decide, at first I wanted huge clouds but it didn't take me long to realize I want taste over anything.
From what I've learned so far is rda's is the way to go but I've only tried the set up I was set with from my local B&M and I'm not enjoying the taste, sometimes it's to harsh and sometimes it tastes burnt.
I work in construction so a tank is the way to got for me while at work and on the go.
But I'd love a beautiful rda for weekends and when I'm not at work.
I just have it stuck in my head that a real Kennedy vs my clone would taste so much better.
Maybe it's my coils?? I've contacted a few coil makers off the internet that have created some crazy coils thinking that might fix my problem.
But I also think it's my dna200 meaning it's not just a fire and go kinda mod, it's a very in depth box lol the tank I have on there seems to do me great between 25W-40W.

Thanks for this. I just ordered a Sub Tank mini and now I have an idea about wicking and coil longevity. Will be running it on my IPV D2.

In my opinion, you made the best choice. Sub tank mini is an awesome tank that is very consistent. I run 2 of them. Great tanks for the money.
