My daughter hit day 3 with no smokes, lit one up, gagged on it and put it out! So she threw the rest of her pack away. She's a week smoke free except for that. =)

Congrats.Am on day 4 also and it's not too hard so far. Just ordered some more juice to try out at different blends to try to find my strength level.
