Obviously, the eGO is very popular ... and for good reason. However, before investing $60-$80 in an e-cig, why not first find out whether you like the atomizer on which it is based? The 510 atomizer (used with the eGO) is not the only good one. In fact, it is not my (nor many others') favorite.

[Before I go on to talk about the others, you may want to take a look at another 510-based model: the Riva, very similar to (and compatible with) the eGO, but 750 mAh (i.e., even more puffs per battery charge) and less expensive. VaporJunction sells them for the lowest price ($60), but you may want to take a look at NHaler's selection of three different models of Fat Batts (as I call these things) for comparison.]

My favorite e-cig model is the penstyle (various manufacturers and model numbers). I love the feel of the vape, but its length (155mm) has turned off many new vapers. The primary contender is the Kr8 cartomizer-based model. It is so simple and convenient to use ... and the quality of the cartomizers has improved considerably since I first started vaping a year ago.

I reviewed all three models recently in this comparative review. [Don't forget to click on "click here" at the end of that first post to be taken to the actual review.] If nothing else, you'll learn more about the 510.
