Newbie looking for help

Hi all! I have a Joy510 and am very happy with it. I'm now ready to go for a tank or cartomizer etc.

I want to vape cinnamon and orange, so I don't want a meltdown, what's compatible with the 510 and can handle the acid?

I'd rather not buy a whole new rig right now, and I'm not sure I'll ever customize.

I've been reading here a while, so I'm also using this thread to start my posting.

What do you recommend??

I started out with that. It worked, but I got tired of having the batteries die all the time.

I can't say that I'd recommend any system below 600mah, which is over twice what you have now.

Welcome to the forums Mett Salo. You will find alot of information here.
For the cinnamon you should look for a pyrex tank. No meltdown, but expensive. You can use blank cartos.

Yeah, your prob better off sticking with the carto's until (if) you decide to go for a slightly bigger setup like an eGo. There are clearomizers that are cig-stick sized and generally handle "caustic" juices well because they use polypropylene instead of polycarbonate tanks. I just got paid, and I'm still in the buying toys mode, so I'm thinking a Pyrex tank, and some extra atomizers.

My attys are fine, just want backups.

And I'm going to get more juice. I'm constantly seeing new flavors I want to try.

That looks good, Grizz, when you say 'don't do well', do mean, they don't burn off and there's more cleaning? They don't flow well and there's more cleaning?

I think an important question to ask is how much did you smoke? 1/2 a pack, a whole pack, 2 packs or more?

I ask because most people immediately suggest the more powerful eGo batteries or mods due to the battery life, but if you only smoked 10 cigarettes or less a day you'll probably be perfectly happy vaping on a tiny 200 mah battery all day.

If you smoked a pack or more, then eventually you will be frustrated with your battery dying every couple of hours. Then you'll definately want to buy an eGo or something similar.

I hear you, Johnnie. I was a pack a day. I loved my Turkish Royals and don't miss them at all. Haven't had one craving. Started vaping two weeks ago. I'm here in front of the monitor almost all the time. I got a PCC and a usb charger.

I do want to get a backup for power outages, as I live in the back of beyond. I saw someone's set up for that on here. I'm also interested in getting a passthrough, but I'm waiting on that as the battery swapping isn't bothering me.....yet

I guess I'm afraid of the ego and the other mods, because of all the variables. I'm going to have to learn more, obviously, and right now I'm so swamped elsewhere, I don't have time to read up.

I sure do like the looks of the mods, so shiny and attractive, makes me have grabby hands.
