I have quit smoking with the ecigg for about 2 weeks now, and there are really only 2 things that have frustrated me in the quitting process.

1. The amount of "smoke" - For me, the more, the merrier

2. The throat push harshness factor - same as above, the more the merrier

I am probably going to get a kissbox classic though, and hopefully with this and getting some wicked 36mg juice, will make everything even easier.

Just thought I would share my quitting experience with you guys.

Yeah, I realize that. I will probably dilute most of it, but I really miss that "harsh" feeling, and tiny buzz.

me to im only 18 hours since my last cig and having a beer with 18mg capsul hurting for a camel but im going do it

ive orderd some wickid 36mg Hilton so hope that will help

come on ciggies do your worst........

Is the kissbox device good for vapour then ?

my black mini seems to sometimes give a good hit but not always

I believe the harshness factor comes from the nicotine - the more nicotine that is vaporized, the more harsh the throat hit. With that being said - your body will adjust down if you give it a little time. If you ever switched from full flavor cigs to lights, there was no throat hit at first, but it came back... Seems like you'd want to adjust to *less* nicotine rather than forcing your body to accept *more* nicotine... Just my two cents...

Winding down day four off of analog cigs...
