Yes, happy b-day! And I second what Dougiestyle said above. For me, vaping "crowded out" cigarettes. I had NO desire to quit -- just wanted to try out vaping because a friend mentioned what incredible flavors she had found. Then one day (one week later), I was out of smokes and when I weighed getting in my car and driving out to the store, versus just vaping, I decided to keep vaping. I also told (and a year later continue to tell) people that I may go back to cigarettes one day. This has unloaded the whole thing for me-- the subject of quitting had become VERY loaded for me over the years, particularly given all the pressure friends and family were putting on me to do it. In the end (and this is the beauty of the thing), I never really quit smoking, I just started vaping. That I haven't touched an analogue in over a year and have no desire to ever again is simply because I found a more satisfying choice. And the key word there is choice. Vaping has provided me a choice where I felt had *none* before.
Good luck to you. Just keep sampling juices and equipment widely until you find something that you really like... and then look for something even better. Next thing you know, you may not really care about cigarettes or quitting... you'll just have found something better -- and a great community of people to talk with about it.
