Totally agree with Nerak!!!
That's why it's a no-brainer to
buy a Reo...even if you're not sure.
You'll typically at least get what you paid for out of it if you decide not to keep it... At least that's my theory.
And typically those that
buy and sell Reos in the classies stick with this formula- keeps the prices fair.
There is always an uproar if someone is price gouging with a Reo- and although there might not be posts in the actual sale
thread, I would think the seller will hear about it through PM's... That's just how wonderful this community is!!!
