None....Just get on here and pretend that you are not a newbie... I do it all the time :w00t:
Somehow or the other, my good man, I can relate to your statement here. BUT I wish to make it fully known that I am a noob. This way I can beg out of making stupid and incorrect posts more easily

I remember being a newbie.

I remember thinking how "fiddly" this electronic cig stuff was.....it was daunting, and I was using pretty simple stuff back then.

My advice for newbie stuff, unless you're a hobbyist, is get something simple and something that is not going to make you cough your brains out, etc. You can ALWAYS upgrade and the first thing you buy can be relagated to backup.

therefore, I err on conservative side with newbies. I don't think they need to learn about temp control, single batts, chargers, and all that if they have NEVER picked up an ecig. Just the first few weeks of vaping and finding ejuice they like is going to be more than enough challenge.

A simple regulated PV with some safety controls is fine.

Hey, no fair @Cognator ..you already have a member support badge :( .... I was waiting for @dcfluegel , @Susan~S , and a few others on here to help me out with that but for some reason they are taking their sweet time
I just could be wrong about this, but I think you need to let some moths out of your wallet for that badge. I figured I would just buy myself into this joint because I am a nice guy. Which is basically a lie :censored:

Man can I ever relate to this post. Thanks so very much...!! I have only been cigarette free for two weeks, but the road has been a rough one. However what little vaping gear I own, sure has made things a lot easier. Plus I had help from my Brother whom is a forum member as well. This is why I am here

Well Bro....this is the TRUTH. I see no reason to state anything different. The ONLY problem I have ran into is one of the e-juices that I purchased and tried. Learned a valuable hacking and vibration lesson over that one :glug:

Yeah that's why @Racehorse said what she did.... Getting the e juice correct is one of the important first steps in vaping that often trip people up as you found out from experience. Some beginners get a horrid juice or two and then they quit vaping and go back to death sticks because they think vaping is horrible. Getting the e juice right is important for sure.

I surely appreciate the post here. I am not much of a gamer, so therefore the entire meaning is unclear to me. No problems. I am a confused individual anyways
actually from the tv series Game of Thrones... it's a wacky one, based on George RR Martins book series - though I understand they have gracefully excused him from creative direction (read, booted him to the curb, as he was trying to keep things actually in line with the book series...)

never underestimate the value of a good baseline for confusion - makes it easier to scale everything else

@Cognator, have you found some juice that you love? What type of flavors do you like?

Susan......don't know where he ran off to but I will answer for him......... He likes tobacco flavors.......... A juice he just bought and is in love with is Space Jam Eclipse tobacco flavor. He tried Space Jam Pluto prior to that and it about did him in because he got too high of nicotine in it. He is vaping 12mg now and is handling that fine (tootle puffing).

40 years is a long habit to break. I was a 20 year smoker myself and it is hard to do. Very cool that you helped him through it, but also he had to have a strong desire to change as well.

And yes everyone makes mistakes, mine are just too numerous to name here and would be off topic.
I think that I missed this post while doing my homework. Seems to me that this business of batteries is a bit "touchy" for lack of better wording. I am betting that many fellow vapers must have had some really bad experiences with these things. Quite understandable. The science or workings of these batteries has already been explained to me by Axiom_1. I did my own personal research this morning prior to joining the forum here. I had a fairly long winded telephone conversation with my teacher concerning this matter as well. I am certainly not on any kind of a band wagon to support ANY of these battery products due to my lack of experience. I just know one thing, for fact. The Efest batteries that I first mentioned at the beginning of this thread are within the correct specifications for the KangerTech Subox Mini that I am using. They are right at the thresh hold when it comes to amperes rating, but I have not had one single problem yet. They hold a long charge. They do not overheat. They fire up the coil just fine. Maybe I am missing something here, but I don't think so. None the less, I certainly appreciate all the fine comments, feedback and knowledge presented to me...!!

The only thing I'd add to this is a Zample Box subscription. We are new (6 months) to vaping as well and without ZB id never have found IF's Awakening or CL's Vader.

I don't use the same equipment but it's such a personal decision. I do COMPLETELY agree however .. Get some help and buy a decent rig/consumables out of the box. Your pocketbook will thank you.
I certainly thank you for your kind reply. This was greatly appreciated :thumb:
