Bernie, I came away with a Vamo V3. I know there are superior mods out there, but for now, It was a great little package for the money. Sad as it is to say, the final decision was made because of finances. I got as much as I could for the budget I allowed myself.

Ain't nothing wrong with that! Finances drive most of our vaping decisions. All that matters is if you are happy!

I agree about the B&M shops. I would LOVE to open one in my small community. I think it would do really well here. There are 3 about 15 - 20 miles in different directions and only ONE is a true HONEST shop. I would like "my shop" to stock all variants of e-cigs and PVs. Theres got to be a lot of overhead though, can't be easy. The B&M shop I goto is only a couple of bucks (really only about $1 or $2) over Internet prices and they have a small but quality selection of tanks, PVs, locally crafted accessories, etc... The owners are the greatest and helpful people.

Anyway, although its not my store at least I have one 20 miles away. I haven't ordered anything online and kind of don't want to. I would rather support good local people making a living here in my neck of Texas.

Anyway, just my 2 cents

Yes, it can all be very overwhelming. It helps to break things up into price and category. Plain ego batteries, passthroughs, then variable voltage egos (Twists, Spinners, Winders, etc.) After that, the MVP, then tube mods and mechanicals.

The delivery devices should also be separated into categories: clearomizers (top and bottom coil) from plastic to glass, then carto tanks from plastic to glass, and then rebuildables.

It's nice when you can hold and touch things for yourself.

Juice bar is a must. If you mix juice for your customers at purchase, it's decent to let your customers know to let the juice steep for a week or two so that it will taste as close to the samples as possible.

As a consumer or a noob customer, let the clerks know. Be honest as possible when telling them how much you smoke so they can gauge what nicotine level to recommend. Also, try everything first!!!! Don't take anyone's word for it. A 2 pad marlboro red smoker might not be able to handle 18 or 24 mg nicotine, so try before you buy!
