Hi everyone,

I'm new to the site and am trying to get my 5 posts in haha. I'm actually pretty unfamiliar with the whole setup here, so any tips or advice are welcome. I've been smoke free for about 6 months now and was an extremely heavy smoker so I am definately excited to have found this site. I'm looking forward to being able to really explore what's on here.

i was a 3 pack-a-day smoker for most of the last 2 or 3 decades. my only tip is to read a lot here. you can learn an amazing amount in a pretty short time.
