So i just bought myself a Ego c Twist, since i heard/watched alot of good things about it, but my question is, what should get for it as in Cartomizer, Atomizer (it comes with a Atomizer ce4) but i looked around and i still dont really get whats the difference between them, i think theres 4 in total but i only know those two, from looking things up. I really dont want a dripper because i wanna fill the tank and just go on through out the day using it. But hopefully i explained what i need help with, thanks for looking at my post!

Atomizer's have a wick that brings the juice from your tank to the heating coil. examples are your ce4, protanks, evods, iclear 16 and others. Cartomizers have a metal tube that has packing in it that is soaked in juice and brings the juice to the heating coil. For use in a tank system there are holes or slots in the sides so your juice can move into the packing from the tank. Both systems work well I have some of both.

The CE4 is okay enough to start with, but their atomizer heads aren't serviceable/replaceable, so they're basically disposable items - use them till they stop working, then toss 'em. IMHO, next step up (and a great device for a beginner) would be a Kanger Evod. They're easy to fill, reliable and very easy to replace the heads (or rebuild them if/when you get to that point).

If you're going to be using "tank cracker" juices (cinnamon, citrus, cola type juices), you'd want to go to a glass tank rather than the plastic of the Evods. There's a variety of glass/pyrex models (Protank/Protank II, Pyrex Vivi Nova, Smoktech Pyrex DCT, etc.).

Aggreed. CE4 is okay to start but recommand the "MT4, EVOD, T32, T3, T3s, T4, X6S , REM, V2 , KWX6 , X9 Protank, KWX5," Etc.. Which are all bottom feeds easy to fill, easy to replace and rebuilt (when you are ready), and about a buck a piece on replacement heads. Start with EVOD.
