Mouse over your username in the upper right corner and select Personal Details. You'll find the Location field on that page. Enter your country there and then click "Save" at the bottom of the page.

Pods can get pricey but worth the cost to wean you off smokes. Might want to stick with the 1.4 ohm coil, will use a lot less e liquid than the sub ohm coil (and will extend your battery recharging frequency/life of).
