Started a cpl weeks ago with the Optima, vaped 5 cartos (a carto lasts me a cpl days) and been out the last several days due to some issues with an order (Ugh, been smoking regulars, can't wait to get back vaping). Actually really enjoyed the Optima (lasts me all day) and the flavors it came with, so I'm guessing I'll REALLY enjoy a decent setup. Thought I wanted a cig-a-like so was going with the Volt, but in reading through all the threads, decided I'd go ahead and get an Ego setup (can always go back if I decide), I think I can get used to the larger size. Was going to do the Spinner/Twist Ego from The Vapor Store a lot of members posted a link to, but even though I read that most like the manual, I truly think I'd like an auto better. Found an auto Eco from Mountain Vapor, comes with 2 auto 900mah batteries and 2 Viva Nova Clearomizers (2 rplmt wicks, USB and wall chgr) for $39. What do ya'll think? Now I just have to do some more reading and find some juice suppliers (I know, there are a ton of threads on that). E-Turbo Starter Kit

I switcheed from cigalikes to a couple of 1200 mah SLB VV eGos with mini vivi novas and an iClear 30.
The iClear leaks a bit so would kill your batts in a day like Steve said.
The novas don't so much but I wouldn't trust them.
They were $26 for the pair w/2 extra coils.
If you don't like or kill the manuals you won't be out much $$

good luck and congrats on quitting cancersticks

The Vivi Novas in that kit are knockoffs and problematic. You want to make sure they're the Vision brand Mini Vivi Nova 2.0 ml. Have been using the Vision Vivis for 7+ months without any issues.

I really like my Vision Nova tanks...been using them for 3 weeks and have yet to have a coil go out. That's with the Vision brand though..not for sure about the knock offs. I didn't think I'd like the manual battery at first...because I wanted to feel like I was smoking a cig...but after getting my Vision VV Spinner batteries...I'm LOVING it! After using it about 5 times, it's natural to just push the button in. Been using the Spinners for 3 weeks also..hubby and I have already decided that when these go out, we'll continue to buy them...doubt we'll ever upgrade to anything bigger...the 1300 is just right for us. We may start buying up several of these Spinners just in case the FDA does decide to do something about all of this.

Hope everything works out well for you!!

The 510 batteries I have are sealed and I have yet to have one go bad. Now I will say that the first one I purchased 2 years ago doesn't hold a charge near as long as it use to, but I have retired that one and replaced it. I own about 4 of them now. The charge of course doesn't last as long as my egos, I usually go through 3 of them during a full work day (switching to the 3rd one the last couple hours of the work day).

If the clearos leak it will run down into the auto battery and could ruin it. There is an airhole through the battery to make the autos fire. The manuals are sealed at the connection and all you have to do is wipe the juice out of the threads. Good price on the kit.

Hi StevesCVO, thanks so much for that info. I was so worried about the juice leaking into my battery that I purchased the 510 to 510 sealed adaptors (and the 510 to ego adaptors for my ego connections) so it wouldn't happen. It makes everything a little wobbly with the extra adaptors on it. Now I feel like such a dummy, lol. I should have asked  (I have 3 spinners and 2 kgo's. They've been working great for me)
