Newly Charged Battery Not Working

Ok, a question for the experts. I have a brand new battery that I charged for the first time after having used it. It won't produce a vape. It clearly has power and the the charger indicates that it's fully charged. Any ideas? I've tried it with several known good tanks that work with other batteries......

It's an X6 battery with Kanger tanks. The tanks work with my two other X6's just fine. I tried it with my Aspire Nautilus as well, no joy. I just got this battery three days ago and it worked fine til I charged it yesterday. I'm thinking it's dead, which sucks cuz I love these little batteries.

I'm not sure that I can get them on any tighter with out breaking the threads on the tank.... I have disassembed an re-assembled multiple times. The tanks work fine on my other batteries.......

Might try loosening by a quarter turn, I have an evod tank on an ego battery that if it's completely tight it won't fire but a quarter turn loose it works fine

Yup... One of the first things I checked.......I did however forget to turn it off while I charged it, could that have fried it?

It's not about how tightly you are trying to get the clearo/tank on the battery.

The center post of the 510 connection on the battery has been depressed too far to reach. You need to pry it up with a toothpick or a jeweler's screwdriver. This is a very common problem on many batteries.

I have three of the X6's, and I have adjusted the wicks in the tanks in an effort to get this battery to work. The tanks work fine on the other two X6's, weird.....

Your problem is that you may have pushed the center pin down. You can check this by lifting the center pin carefully with a paperclip (make sure the battery is off..) you will have to do this at a couple areas to ensure you lift it up and can recenter it. Screw a tank back on and it should fire up.

If this works, you need to add an o-ring to under the center pin in order to keep the battery working.
