My first post. I just ordered my dse901 mini from e-cigarette-mart. I am really overcome by all the information and different models I've read about and the fact that some parts don't fit all dse901's. The mini I ordered seems to have atomized cartridges, is this different from the atomizers that I've read about in the forums? Are they better/worse because (and I'm not sure of what I'm saying cuz I haven't recieved my cig yet) maybe they come with a new atomizer with each cartridge? Can you still juice them? oh, and do you think the average usb pass thru would fit this one? lol, thanks in advance.

Hi all!
I just ordered the dse901 from puresmoker after waiting for the black model to come back in. I wanted the pink LED simply to be girly, but when the blue led popped up I grabbed it. I am unsure of whether it will ship within the next few days or not because I've been reading about stocking issues and their upcoming move. I worry that perhaps I only caught a fluke in the system even though they say the page is live all of the time. All of the extra atomizers were out of stock, though I did pick up a strawberry ejuice.
So that's where I'm at right now. I can't wait to learn more about vaping, I've been a smoker for about 4 years now, and am so excited to try this.

My fingers are crossed that it comes soon!

Hey all,

At this point i am thinking about swiching to e-cigs. I have been smoking for about 5 years and am at about 1 pack a day or a little more.

I am 25 and before i smoked i would look down on everyone that smoked and always tell them stuff. I know i was wrong. Then i started to smoke at parties and then after coffee or a meal and now it is all day while im on campus and at home.

It has become very hard to quit. I have tried patches and gum and even the nicatrol inhaler and nothing works. The reason is because i really like to smoke and i really dont have the will right now to quit.

I know e-cigs are not a smoking cessation product and i dont want to quit. I do know that it smoking analog ciggs will kill me so that is why i want to change to e-ciggs.

I just wanted to say Hi and look forward to do some more research on here.

Hi all,

I stumbled on e-smoking a week ago while surfing youtube and eventually found my way to this forum. I've managed to quit "analogs" cold turkey 8 weeks ago. However, I’m still scared of going back considering that I live in a country where smoking is the norm and offering others a cigarette almost a requisite.

Thanks to the many members of this forum who've taken the time to post reviews and observations! I believe I now know what to be careful of and have narrowed down which e-cig model I'll start with (M401!).

Why on EARTH would you order an e-cig if you just turned 18?

You'd better sound off that you've been smoking since you were 12 and now you want to quit because if you say you're planning on starting nicotine I'm going to hit something.

Well, I've been a pack a day smoker for about 13 years. I heard about E-Cigs from an ad in "Bluff Magazine" (a poker magazine) for Smoke Fifty-One in the Feb. 2009 issue (p. 57). From Smoke Fifty-One's site I found

The advice and links here and on other E-Cig sites (especially Leaford's site) helped me choose a classic pen model from a good supplier (puresmoke.com).

I've had the pen for a few days and I love it!!! I don't miss smelling like smoke at all!!! I've just smoked my last analog and look forward to reading and posting here.

been smoking since i was 15 buddy. I've wanted to trade to vaping but i wasn't of age to order it, so now that i am im ready to make the switch, thanks for your concern though!!

I bought the smokingeverywhere, which I discovered on a trip to Las Vegas. It worked awesome at the booth, but the one I bought, hardly ever works. It clogs or gives off almost no vapor.
So, I bought another one, which I got two days ago. The Greensmoke, aka, Smoke 51, which works great, and does not clog and gives off a ton of vapor.
Here's my dilema.
On the rare occassion that my smokingeverywhere e-cig works, it tastes delicious (6 mg nic) and I can feel it. While with my Greensmoke, although it functions great and gives a ton of vapor, it has almost zero taste, and I can never feel it. PLEASE, can someone please tell me which one works and also tastes good? Thank you so much. Melanie PS I've been e-cigging for 2 days now. That's great for me considering I've been smoking for 25 years.

Hi everyone! My name is Nicole, I'm new to the forum, and just getting into the whole e-cig thing...I've been a clove and Camel smoker for about 8 years, and I'm about ready to get rid of the analog, especially with the prices going up here in Louisiana soon. I am NOT paying $6-8 for a pack of freakin' smokes!

I'm still trying to decide WHICH e-cig I'm going to get. I'm looking at the DSE 901. Is that a good one for a beginner, as far as ease of refills goes? I also really like the idea of being able to make my own mixes, so I can basically choose what flavor I want at any time. I'll be reading the DIY forum quite a bit for recipe ideas, etc. I'm a bit of a "mad scientist"!

I'm looking forward to being a part of the community here, and hope to hear from some of you soon! My friend Rita was the first person I ever saw with an e-cig, and I noticed she's a member of the forum (ritalee76), so that's pretty cool. I thought hers was neat, so it's the main reason I'm here!
