Thank you both, Bishop and nogutsnoglory! I appreciate the information and will be checking in to both. LOL...I will be, however, checking in to the Marlboro liquid first!

I've only been smoking e-cigs for a month and a couple of days, but I'm loving it! It's helped me go from an almost two and a half year, 13-15 piece (4 mg each) nicotine gum addiction, to maybe 5 pieces a day! So I sure don't want to run out of the liquid!

Thanks again,
Kristy

Hi all

I heard of e-cigarettes for the first time yesterday at work reading a business newspaper about a company in Cleveland Ohio that is making e-cigarettes. So I got on the internet and read about them and ordered a starter kit and now am anxiousley awaiting there arrival. I have smoked for 40 years and really don't care about quitting smoking. I do care about quitting going outside in 10 degree weather to smoke. I am pumped up so much I can't wait and am going to try and find someplace locally I can buy 1 tomorrow so I can try them out. I work in an Irish Pub in Columbus Ohio and my boss said we will sell them there if they are as good as they sound. If anyone knows anyplace in Columbus Ohio that sells them in a store or bar or anything let me know.

What did you buy? Brand, type, model?

Can you tell us the name of the company out of Ohio please???

You asked about marlboro liquid. Try Totally Wicked.

Totally Wicked Electronic Cigarette Fluid

And here's a review of their marlboro flavor.

Hi terraphon

I haven't even tried my first one yet it looks like it is a new company. I read about them on the front page of OHIO TAVERN NEWS You can go to ohiotavernnews.com
and read the story it is a U.S. company using U.S. made products and FDA approved
I have e-mailed them and called and left message so just waiting to get call back

Oh jesus...we have another one on our hands.

These distributors are going to cause LOTS of trouble before they're finished f.cking up the program.

1) I've never even heard of this company. From looking at their website (Liberty Stix) they only sell one style e-cig and that appears to be an RN4081.

2) They have SERIOUSLY misleading claims on their web site. Here are some examples:

Two cartridges is close to two packs of traditional cigarettes.

HA! 2 cartridges do not = 2 packs. NO NO NO NO NO

After smoking for 15 years, I invented Liberty Stix, THE PREMIUM product in the industry.

This guy invented two things...Jack and Sh.t.

Our FDA Registerd cartridges are MADE IN AMERICA.

I'm calling shenanigans on this. Far as I know, NOBODY has cartridges made in the U.S. Also, love how they spelled "registered". For a company that is allegedly registered with the FDA, has a master inventor at the helm and can afford to have everything made in the U.S. of A, they sure have a shoddy web site.

because it is such a fantastic healthy smoking alternative, we offer our product at an inexpensive & affordable price.

Objection, your honor...Speculation. We don't KNOW if they're healthy or not. We just know that they SEEM healt...IER...Also, inexpensive AND affordable?

Thank you for calling the department of redundancy department.

3) The web site isn't even completed yet. Photos are missing from a couple of small sections. This is a sham.

4) Starter kit is $35 for 1 battery, 1 atomizer and 2 carts. That's NOT "inexpensive", relatively speaking...Especially when an M-401, which I guarantee will hand this piece of crap its lunch and will be working MONTHS after this one lays down for the dirt-nap, with 2 batteries, 1 atomizer and 5 carts is $50.

Do yourself a favor...Read this site. Research. Dig up HEAPS of information and make a proper, informed choice as to which type of e-cig you want.

You'll kick yourself a LOT less.

HI everyone,
Well after more than 35 years of smoking, I am 11 days nicotine free and still having nic fits, hence my username. Although I must say that I am over the worst of it, as my withdrawal symptoms are getting less severe and frequent. The one good thing is, I haven't killed anybody yet :-x LOL.
Seriously, I am feeling better than I have in a long time, without all the poisons in my system.
I still have not had the opportunity to vape, but have ordered supplies for myself and my wife, who also wishes to quit smoking but says she can't do it cold turkey as I am. I of course am getting the
0MG nicotine, while I ordered the low Nicotine for my wife. I ordered from Totally Wicked.
Even though I never want to go back to smoking again, or use nicotine, I still like the thought of being able to vape nic free.

Does anybody have any suggestions as for nic free liquids. Are some flavors/ brands better than others? Do the nic free flavors taste different than the regular ones?
And can you get that throat hit with nic free liquids like you can with with the regular?

Thanks Guys.

OK now that my happiness has been shot down and kicked around. What are some suggestions for a realatively inexpensive starter kit? I have been looking at so many sites and reading so many forum posts my brain is lost in space. I have already ordered 1 from the new place in Ohio to try. But I want another kind because I don't know the quality of that one without something to compare it to. I am looking for fast delivery
as I am dying to try it and see what I think compared to smoking. When I first heard about them I was just interested in something for at work so I didn't have to go outside
but after reading how many of you have stopped smoking and are just vaping that is sounding more interesting.

Sorry dude...Didn't mean to rain on the parade.

You're going to be a LOT happier with one of the more main-stream pieces of gear.

check out a pilot from puresmoker or an EVO from intellicig (NOT INTELLICIGS) or a dse-901 (mini) from totallywicked-eliquid or e-smokeytreats. Those are the small pieces of equipment.

If you don't care about size, hook up a pen-style from puresmoker or e-smokeytreats you can also get refill liquid from all of those places and I promise you'll be a lot happier with a reputable supplier than you would be with Mr. Inventor (who, just in his web-site, shows himself to be dishonest).

Thanks I'm glad I found out things here and not after blowing lots of money and learning the hard way. I am a 3 pack a day smoker so size doesn't really matter I am more interested in the most vape for the least money. Also is there anything else I might need besides starter kit and refill liquid? I don't want to be waiting on the postman in a couple days

Batteries, atomizers and 10 or so cartridges.

Learn to clean your atomizers and they'll last a lot longer. Batteries, there's nothing you can do.

Learn to re-stuff your carts and they'll last indefinitely.

That's all you need, my man.

[wave] Hey-found out about e-cigs and this site from arfcom, and I have to say, awesome! Got my starter kit this morning (ordered it Friday afternoon) and have only had about 5 regular cigarettes today. Very impressive, particularly since I was smoking nearly 3 packs a day.

Once I find the right juice, I'll probably switch completely (or pretty close to it-I looooove smoking).

Anyhow, just wanted to say hello!

Ok I'll keep questioning you to death. Abottle of refill liquid will refill a cartridge how many times?

depends on the cart.

Let's break it down to time-frame, instead. A 15 mil bottle lasts me about 1.5-2 weeks of moderate/heavy vaping.

I've been doing this for 45 days and I'm down about 60 mils.

Plan on 1.5 weeks per 15 ml unless you go ape-sh.t with it...in that case, plan 1 week.
