Hi all, I recently started vaping about a month ago. I haven't really gotten whole-heartedly into it yet, but I'm hoping that the DSE801/RN4072 that I ordered from E-Smokeytreats is going to change that. BTW, all the good things I've read about Phil here are very true!

My first e-cig was the new mini e-cig (now the e-cig e9), because I really didn't do much research before I bought it. I saw his stand on a clip from Vegas tech show and thought "Wow, this place must be legit!" I can also say that the rumors about this company's poor customer service is still true.

I was hard pressed to choose this latest puchase between the EVO and the 801, and the final straw was the larger cartridge capacity capability of the 801. At least I thought I read that there were some larger then standard cartridges for this, but I may be mis-remembering (if you do know what I'm talking about, please refresh my memory).
I also asked Phil about his 36mg regular, because of terraphon's review, and he offered to swap in a pack of carts instead of the normal variety pack...the great customer service I referenced earlier.

Anyway, I don't want to turn ya'll off by writing a book so...thanks for all the info I've gathered while lurking, and see everyone around!!

I am new to the forum and would like very much to try the e-cigs. There are so many different brands on internet and cannot decide which way to go. Any advice from someone who has been satisfied and has not had any problems with the style would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I can only speak from personal experience so bear that in mind when I recommend the Janty Dura. Loads of vapour and the draw feels like a dead leaf cigarette. If you prefer something smaller then the Pilot is a good bet, but it has smaller cartridges and produces less vapour. I've not tried the penstyles so I'll let someone else chime in on those.

As a general bit of advice, expect to spend no more than about $80 for a kit and some spare liquid and cartridges and avoid anything which claims to have a recommended retail price of $150.

Yeah, Phil's a hell of a guy and takes care of his people.

I'm sure you'll love the regular flavor he sells. If the stuff in the carts is the same stuff as was in that bottle, you'll see what I mean...The stuff is seriously the mutts nuts. I'm still using that liquid EVERY DAY and it's still my #1. Love it.

Hope your experiences are as good as mine have been.

Hello everyone.

Well my second e cig arrived today, the first being a micro-small 84mm true cigarette size baby. I was fixed on getting a device as true to form to a real ciggie that I could find. I guess I did not really think I could quit the 'analouges' hehe love the e-smoking lingo :)

Well I have not touched a real ciggie in a fortnight! and after discovering how short the battery life was on my micro 84mm I quickly started looking for my next one.

Just a quick diversion: The 84mm works great and was really cheap from Heaven Gifts. for under $60 I got 50 cartriges, two batteries TWO atomisers and THREE chargers... yes THREE. Which went some of the way to making up for the tiny battery capacity.

The 50 cartriges are almost uselss tho for a heavy (ex)smoker like me. But the 84mm super-mini-micro-whatever works like a charm via dripping. And the batter takes only 40min to charge

So... My new 801?!? Well its a beast, I mean compared to the micro, and heavy but the smoke is sooooo smooth. It is a 4 hole atomiser, dead straight appears perfect off the production line... No complaints so far... Except... The batteries turn off after only two seconds! Now I read that this is common but I was used to the micro which just goes steady all the way to the cut-off. Better still the mini will keep going almost continuously if you let the light go briefly then start drawing again. No wonder I was chewing the battery in a few sessions.

I am hoping my new 801 batteries will 'break in' and stay lit longer or maybe I just need to change my e-smoking style.

So Heaven Gifts have been great so far. Wayne is very nice and has answered more than a dozen emails. His prices are rock bottom and quality is great so far.

I am eyeing off the new EM901 at eastmall now. Anybody tried it yet? the new model DSE901 with a 1ml cartridge (nearly that of a pen) and a 280mAh battery, same as a pen although the usage stated is less than a pen... Anyways I will be getting one of those puppies next, and some of Davids delicious e-juice I have been reading about so much

:)

Hello everyone. Just got my e-cig last night from Smoking Everywhere. Not quite sure yet how i feel about it. It has a tendency to spit up on long drags. I wish i had read more about this brand prior to purchasing it. I tried to find reviews on this model ( which i have no idea what the model number is) but was unable to find much. Anyone have any advice or input on this kind of e-cig?

BTW I'm really glad this forum is available. Definitely a good support group.

Hi everyone,
I thought I'd join this excellent forum after browsing around for the last few weeks. Afer Seeing the E-Cig reviews I decided to purchase an Intellicig Evo with some extra medium cartridges.
Delivery was good, I think I ordered on a monday and recieved it two days later. The very first day I got it I cut down from 20 rollups to 1! Unfortunaly I ran out of carts a few days later and went back to smoking analogs. I've just ordered some TW juice so looking to get back into it.
Overall I'm fairly impressed with the e-cig, its the only smoking alternative that keeps me off the analogs. But I do worry about the future of them, was just reading on BBC website, there calling for e-cigs to be banned!

Hello everyone. My name is Travis. I have just recently learned of E-cigs in general. (special thanks to Scott's Youtube channel) I have been a smoker for 15 years. Unlike most I actually like to smoke it is nice and relaxing, but considering that it appears to be a federal crime to smoke anymore in the US I knew that I had to jump on the E-cig bandwagon. So far I am really loving this community everyone has really been so nice and helpful. Something which I am not accustom to on internet forums. I just ordered a 901 from totally wicked, and checking the mail everyday waiting. (I wish I could say patiently, but I think you guys know where I am coming from.)
But over all i just wanted to say Hi and I look forward to speaking with all of you in the future.

P.S. The Rev. part, don't be scared I am not a crazy religious person. Just a nickname.

Cheers and Happy Vaping

hello my name is Joel. I am new to all of this.
here is my deal... I have the n-joy npro mini I have been using quite a bit. I have gone
from smoking 3 packs a day of non filter to one or less.
The amount of vapor I get is cool I am happy with that
my main problems are the hardness of the pull, and the duration of the carts.
I got the mini because it looks like a cig, but now I would like to get somthing else with
long cart life, easy pull and plenty of vapor.
any suggestions? Has any one heard anything about pipes

Hi Everyone,
I am new to this forum and the e-cigarette. I have been a smoker for 20 years now and since I purchased my e-cig I have not had a cigarette in 5 days. My question is can anyone tell me how to add the smoke free banner to my profile. I see so many of you have it and this is my first forum, so I am not up on this yet. Any help would be great, thanks!

I had wanted to post a link to another thread dealing with this model found on this same site, but was told that action was not allowed because I haven't made enough posts yet. That thread contained detailed reviews, including mine. Since it would be wasteful to double post, I'll sum up. Long story short: Those of us who have learned how to use it, absolutely love it.

Hi All,
I've spent many many hours here researching and studying the whole e-cig thing over the past few weeks.
Finally felt I had learned enough from everyones posts to make an informed decision. I have read and re-read some of your posts so many times that I will apologize in advance if my posts/replies seem to be too familiar in their wording. Just feel like I already know many of the regulars here.
Today, I have officially joined your ranks as an e-smoker. My Janty KB kit
just arrived a few hours ago and I have to say... Holy Clouds of Vapor Batman!!!! And the throat hit is way extreme vs. my light 100's. Just starting to figure out a comfortable rate and volume to inhale. I seem to prefer the manual switch vs. the Auto for now...easier to control.
After reading through this thread, I see I was certainly not the only person Lurking for for awhile learning from the Vast Pool of knowledge and experience that is so easily and freely shared by many here.
I'd like to say thanks especially to all the regulars who have contributed to the video reviews forums, as that is what initially helped me find e-ci-forum to begin with. Leaford, Therra and Dusty...Huge Props to all three for your unbiased reviews of so many devices, Juices and e-cig accessories! ^5
Wow this reply got long quick! I'll be hangin 'round and hope to get a chance to thank all the individuals who have helped me cross over from the dark side.
Mike

I am not sure if brands are allowed to be posted but being a novice and with so many questions I hope you will endure my lack of kowledge and jargin.

A week ago I purchased my first ecigartte (N*oy Npro). Cartridges are somewhat expensive but I have seen different "juices" to reload but most seem for other brands or can I use the exract on my cartridge?

Also I have seen different posts regarding atomizers as certain sizes (Y this and that) can anyone tell me the size N*oy uses? Also battery sizes etc.? Or does anybody have a cross reference chart on brands and models which parts are interchangable?

Thanks for any and all help as this has cut my tobacco use down to 3-4 cigs a day.

Peace,
Zuukz
