Hi

Sorry if I'm doing this in the wrong place, but I don't know how to start a new thread (or if I need to). Want to get off normal cigs, like the idea of e-cigs. Basically can anyone advise to fulfil my wish list of a) nicotine hit wanted b) reasonable tobacco taste c) little or no vapour wanted. The latter because none of my friends smoke so I'd like to be as 'invisible' as possible. Hello to any other social lepers out there! Thanks a lot.

Hi, guys:

I don't smoke or am interested in an e-cigarette for myself, but am instead looking for a smoking replacement for my 65-year-old mother - who refuses to have ANYTHING to do with the process. You can see where i'm finding this more difficult than usual, even with the wealth of information already provided! xD

I'm really looking for the most jack-simple, easy-to-use and simple to maintain system for a woman who has been smoking since she was 16 and is prone to throwing things directly into the trash (literally!) as soon as something goes wrong.

Hope i can mine the data mountain you guys have accumulated and come up with the right product. Thanks for all the info!

I am not sure if brands are allowed to be posted but being a novice and with so many questions I hope you will endure my lack of kowledge and jargin.

A week ago I purchased my first ecigartte (N*oy Npro). Cartridges are somewhat expensive but I have seen different "juices" to reload but most seem for other brands or can I use the exract on my cartridge?

Also I have seen different posts regarding atomizers as certain sizes (Y this and that) can anyone tell me the size N*oy uses? Also battery sizes etc.? Or does anybody have a cross reference chart on brands and models which parts are interchangable?

Thanks for any and all help as this has cut my tobacco use down to 3-4 cigs a day.

Peace,
Zuukz
Hey I am in the same boat.
I got my n-joy npro about three weeks ago.
Yesterday I bought some ejuice I hope it turns out to be cheaper
I also bought another ecig from another comany as a back up.
I like my N-joy but by the time I get off work my batteris are dead.
this way I will have one for work and one for home.
I really hope I can stick with this. I am committed to it, although I still
smoke a real one in the morning, and one when I get off work. , and somtimes
one in the
middle.
good luck man.

Greetings all...

Madness Here (Scotty) from California.
I'm into Vintage Honda Motorcycles.

I'm so glad I found this site, I'm looking into E Cigs and would love to find out information on the Types I can get here in the USA.

I'm looking for the best cig style I can get, Any Idea's?

"Madness"

hey scotty
I only have experience with the N-joy Npro mini cig
Over all I am pleased with the product.
I get plenty of vapor (as long as the battery has a good charge and am not using an empty cart)
My problems with it are the cart life and the cost of the carts.
but by being on this forum I found out that I can buy e-juice and
fill my own carts. Have'nt tried it yet but looking forward to when my juice
arrives.
Hope that helps.

Kate, thanks so much!

I did get her one of those a few weeks ago, and while she's been game thus far, it's really much too high in nicotine for her. She' been using it for her bedtime cig, though, so at least i don't have to worry quite as much about her setting the place on fire. (you should see her nightstand at this point. 8-o )

After a lot of further reading, it looks like i'm going to have to resign myself to being her e-cig technician, at least for a while... first her computer, then her cell phone, and now this. :D

Hello to all. I am Glenn. Originally from South Texas now stuck in the Black Hole that is Memphis. I just purchased an e-cig on ebay that is the smoking everywhere brand (3.0) and am anxious to try it. I also spoke to one of the people at the company about me possibly distributing them. I'll have to see if the e-cig I buy is any good before I go around hawking my wares.

Glen I have ownned the SE product, besides the cost, you may find it is not the best item out there. I have a few of SE and they just do not stand up, I have spent a fortune finding the right product for me and I am still looking, although the 901's seem to hold up pretty well, the Pee Wee from Puresmoker ( also a super ) has held up well
Good luck with the SE and hope it works better for you then it did for me

I just wanted to say thanks to all the regular posters on the forums. By going through many posts here before signing up I was able to make an informed decision about my e-cig needs. My partner and I both ordered the NJoy Npro last night and are really looking forward to getting the product. I have smoked for close to 20 years and quit for about 3 years, but have been unsuccessful since. If anything e-cig smokes probably smoke less than they would with an analog. I equate this to feeling the need to finish an analog once it's lit whereas you can just take a few drags from an e-cig and set it down.

I'm not sure if this will be a quitting device or an alternative, but either way thanks to all of you for your amazing reviews and insight!

you are right about smoking less.
I was a three pack a day smoker, but I think I threw at least a third away after a few puffs. vaping is a lot more efficient, for me so far.
I would smoke between stops on my route. Some stores are a ten minute drive or more but most are a couple of miles. Every time I would lite one
up and as soon as I got to the store I would toss my cig.... TImes that
by 20 stores and that is a lot of waste.
Any way good luck with your new e-cigs

I vary between taking out the battery and leaving it in. It doesn't make a difference, really, as long as the battery doesn't accidentally activate.

As for 901 carts in PHX...Well...there are a few smoke shops that sell NJoy products but they don't make a 901 style. Also, with NJoy you're going to pay over $5 a cart for their products and that's crap. Order them from a distributor online.

Here's a couple suggestions for cartridge vendors in the U.S.

e-Smokey Treats - Welcome (pre-filled and blanks)
Electric Cigarette & E Liquid - Totally Wicked Electronic Cigarette Fluid (blanks)

Once you learn to re-stuff your own carts, you'll never have to buy them again until you wear them out which is going to take a while.

If you're going to order from e-smokeytreats, let me know before you do...

Hello all, I just became aware of these e-cigs and though I've quit several years ago, my daughter smokes and has struggled with quiting. So I ordered the Smartcig Younic from this company in the Netherlands. It is on its way to Canada now. I bought this one as it is a disposable one with 5 cartridges and after the 5 the battery is pooched and you get another disposable one. I ordered this incase she didn't like the e-cigs but she has tried a buddy of hers and likes them. So I ordered her a starter kit of the NJoy brand and used the nice coupon I found here. Has anyone used these just for the odd hit when having a drink? I still want a smoke when I drink and I don't worry too much about nicotine itself being addictive as I'm already hooked on caffiene.
So can you refill the Njoy carts with the liquid refills or any other helpfull hints with this product?
I'll probably keep the Younic disposables for myself and the odd hit when having a drink.
