dillute may make it less minty.just use a nic base with the same strengh.do you have a brand name?Newport smoker some other flovers to try.
It is Aqua waves. But diluting won’t help. It’s almost a sweet mint…like spearmint or something. There’s also no icy to it so I don’t get that throat hit at all. It’s kind of weird. I did order a bottle of koolada and a bottle of Nuport flavor. Hopefully that will be good.

Try Flavour Art's Spearmint flavor (FA Spearmint via BCF). It's a refreshing spearmint. Not harsh. It has a little sweetness. TFA, FLV and CAP also have spearmint flavors.

You might have to add a touch of a menthol flavor to further develop what you are looking for. CAP, FW and FLV each have a menthol flavor.

And, perhaps adding a wee bit of a sweetener.

I sincerely doubt that you will ever be able to recreate what you personally experienced with Newport cigs. Something close? Perhaps.

I have considered it but I’m not entirely sure where to start.

First of all, watch some videos on DIY, like this one:

Then make a list of what you will need:

    1. Nicotine concentrate
    2. Propylene glycol (PG)
    3. Vegetable glycerine (VG)
    4. Flavoring
    5. Measuring utensil for mixing by volume or
    6. Scale that measures down to 0.01 grams for mixing by weight

We can help direct you to where to purchase these items.

Find an ejuice calculator. I use an app called juice Master.

Start by making a simple 1 or two ingredient mix.
