I get you wanna find something to replicate your fave smokes. But honestly, thats like finding your personal unicorn. With the burning paper taste and burning plant matter its near impossible to get it just right.
I liked menthol's too. At first I vaped minty flavors. Again this is just me. But I was wanting to get away from tobacco so i didn't vape tobacco flavors, one day I might, but I have yet to.
These days I enjoy sweet fruity flavors, sometimes with menthol or varies mint flavors, sometimes not. I keep spearmint, wintergreen, and peppermint on hand to mix with juices. This way I can have it as minty as I want. The ones that come with menthol I generally don't mess with.

It's up to you really. I'm not telling you what to do or vape. Just my two cents worht really. My point is with all the variety of flavors available why only try one? While your searching for your unicorn. Pick up a few you wouldn't normally try. You might find something you'd rather vape.

I've found that vaping not only cured my cigerette habit but my sweet tooth too. Win, win in my book. Grin

Happy Vaping

Welcome to ECF Fatal. I smoked Players for 37 years. Started vaping tobacco juices at first but quickly moved to non-tobacco flavors. This seems to be typical, but some people do stay mainly with tobacco flavors. These days I make my own tobacco juice that is probably closer to Dekang 555 than anything else. I'm sure someone who knows Newport will be by soon to help you out. Best of luck with it!

Hey everyone I was a Newport smoker for many years and newports were the only thing i would smoke but i have been vaping for 29 days now and loving it the problem is finding flavors...thinking maybe there are a few others that smoked ports that had the same problem and what worked for them

I have started to branch out a bit and tried a couple of fruit ones. I've noticed my tastes are changed and enjoying some different (non tobacco) flavours. IMO try as many as you possibly can especially with your pallette changing after quitting the smokes.

I started out looking to replicate tobacco flavor which was easy to do with something like "Enjoy" that you get at 7-11 or Walgreens. After I got into eGo's and all the variations of e-liquids out there it's hard to find something that comes even close. Now I am as far away from it as you can get with stuff like fruit flavors. I'll pick up an enjoy every once in a while just cause I think I miss it, but real happy with what I have found. As always, your mileage may vary.

I was never a menthol smoker, but I smoke menthol eliquids.

There are two menthols that, IMO, resemble the taste of menthol cigarettes: Nhaler's Nuport (and his other menthols) and Backwoods Brew Menthols; BWB comes in three different strengths of menthol (I usually order med.)--it's a very nice blend of subtle tobacco and menthol.

Good luck!

Like the others have already said, you cannot duplicate the taste of any tobacco cigarettes. You can only get an eliquid that mimics the flavor.

I smoked Newports for 35 years and started with one menthol flavor that satisfied me enough to stay away from analogs completely... Mr-E-Liquid's menthol that comes in light, medium and full. Gradually I branched out to other flavors, mostly fruit vapes and I also like RY4 which is a sweet tobacco flavor that you can get with and without menthol.

The best thing about vaping is the broad selection of flavors available. Because everyone' taste is different, I would suggest that you get sample sizes of different flavors to find the ones that you like.

You've already made the right choice to be an exsmoker so Congratulations to you and I wish you luck on your new vaping journey! :thumb:

Mbv extreme ice is what I use. I always smoked newports. Extreme ice is well. Extreme. Think camel menthol with the bubble crushed. I like it. Also Hawaiian punch is good from mbv lol not related but its really good in my opinion.

THANK YOU! I've been searching for a juice that's similar to Camel Menthols. Just purchased it.

As for Newports, I used to smoke them. They're a REALLY heavy hit. I used to smoke them because I thought smoking regular cigarettes were like smoking air, I just didn't feel it. Maybe getting juice that's more on the PG side to give you that throat hit, using a higher voltage and a setup closer to the drip tip so it feel warmer will help to simulate that heavy hit. I can't give any advice on juice though, cause I've been searching for a good menthol myself. Hopefully this extreme ice does the trick.

Yes and I think that's what it is that I'm looking for that real heavy full body hit

MBV extreme ice, spearmint, wintergreen, and menthol are great for a newport like experiance. I have found I switch between my minty vapes and fruity and sweet vapes with 24 to 36mg's of nicotine works great for me. I keep 4 protanks and 1 stv nova loaded up with all the different flavors and switch whenever I tire of a flavor, which is quite often.

Also a former NP smoker. I have tried several tobacco or tobacco+menthol combos and I have came to the conclusion that "tobacco" flavors cannot reproduce a "smoked" taste, it all tastes like you are eating an unsmoked cigarette. So then I tried Mount Baker Vapor's Menthol (with NO tobacco flavor). This is just a pure menthol vapor and as such will leave you feeling like you are inhaling crisp winter air. Which I liked. Since then I have started using that pure menthol as a mixer for other flavors, mostly fruity ones. By getting your menthol and other flavor separate, you can then mix them perfectly to your own liking.
