hey guys,

i went to the doctor today because ive been having dull pain on the right side of my abdomen. he thinks i might have worms so i have ta do a stool test. i hope its just worms and nothing serious. anyway, he prescribed me nexium. i was wondering if vaping and nexium work together alright. anyone here vape and is under the same medication? man, i totally forgot to mention about vaping while taking this medication. any help would be appretiated.

First of all nexium will not cure worms. It's for acid reflux and heart burn. I am on nexium for acid reflux. Vaping and using nexium is fine. No problems.

the other night i took my 20mg dosage before bed, i woke up an our after cause my body was shaking with fast heart pusle. that scared me but i slept it off. when do you take your dosage? have u experienced any side effects?

Maybe you mean Nemex? Its also used in dogs (dont get scared its been okayed for human usage too lol)

They may have given him Nexium to ease the discomfort, as he said they haven't determined whether it is worms. I doubt they would give him medication for the worms before determining whether he actually has them.

okay i got a call from the doctor and they said i wasnt infected. my pain has been going away i hope it just stays that way!

I use Nexium and take it first thing in the AM and no problems. I did notice you said pain in the right side of your stomach but the stomach is on the left can you clarify that.

I have been taking nexium for many years take it everyday around lunchtime. I have not problems with vaping and taking it. I take many different medications, its rather pathetic really. I am disabled and due to my problems I am on over 15 medications daily and some I take 2 and 3 times a day. It has been this way for a while for me. I have had no problems with this since I started vaping. So I really dont think you would have anything to worry about.

Nexium should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach an hour before eating anything or it will not be effective.

i have been taking it in the morning for five days now. i hardly feel anything maybe towards the end of the day i feel something for a split second but im unsure if it is pain or im just thinking it is. i dunno i get paranoid very easily n i think its starting to be a problem. has anyone tried it on ganja?

Nexium is just like Prilosec, Prevacid and other medications used for acid reduction in the digestive system. What doctor would prescribe this for possible worm. There are only 3 medications for the treatment of worms and this is not one of them. Most medications are only given for l day.

Why would a doctor think you had intestinal worm if you presented with abdominal pain. In this day and age very few people get intestinal worms. That should have been the last thing he should have suspected.

I guess I'm one of the worst cases here with nexium 40mg twice a day for reflux. Vaping a little while now without problems though the analog smoking contriubuted to my overall espophogus problem.
