Now that all us
newbies purchased 510's, eGo's, and vivi's etc and lots of
juice and invested somewhere around $500.00 in a few months and still saving money.
What would be the next e-cig to purchase and what would 
make it better then the 510's, eGo's, and vivi's etc we have now? Also
what would it 
cost????????
Well it depends who "we" is. Some people will be getting a good vape from their pv now and won't want anything else.
It also depends what you mean by "better". There's a big range of different kinds of pvs. Some people like mods because they can use bigger mah batteries and replace them. On the other hand some people are really liking the Innokin MVP right now.
Some people like more power and warmer vaping. Some people like cooler vaping.
Another "better" might be form factor. Stealth vaping factor, or big and shiny, hand held gripper types or box mods...
Yet another factor is whether a person likes an all mechanical pv, or wants variable voltage, or variable wattage.
For some vapers it isn't about "better", its a hobby and they like to collect. For other vapers its about having a range of pvs that have different features.
Some people will recommend their favorite, but the reality is one size doesn't fit all. It depends on whether you are satisfied, and why you want something else.
