A battery isn't going to give you more vapor. Getting something like a sony vtc will allow you to build a lower ohm coil. For more battery life get I higher mah battery or build less taxing coils

What's a good inexpensive vv/vw mod I could use? I understand that if I can increase my wattage that can help as well.

MVP 2 are really cheap and everyone seems to love theirs. You won't be able to run that low of ohm though.
Well, I'm sure you already knew this since you know battery safety, Ohm's law, blah blah, that you're already pumping 35 watts based on dual coil ~ 1.0/2 = .5...with fully charged mnke battery, so you could either
go lower in resistance with lower gauge wire... or
save up for box mod that hits higher watts with right build plus longer battery life etc...

What is the price range of a good digital mod that is capable of sub ohm firing? I just found out I am firing at .3 ohms with the build I just did thought it would be .5 (I need to get my ohm meter when I get a job again)

Man, you shouldn't run ANY coil (build) without testing it first, and I'd grab a couple Sony vct4 or vct5 30amp batteries when you can.
