Just a heads up, the NHaler 18500 "Kick" IMR batteries won't fire up my Provari. I got these batteries as a part of Nhaler's "Kick" kit and figured I'd try them in my Provari v1 since it can use 18490 / 18500 batteries.
No idea why it doesn't work... the batteries otherwise test good.
I just checked their website and it's hard to tell with the picture but it looks like that is a flat top battery. Is the positive terminal flat or have the nipple that sticks up? I don't think the flat tops work in the Provari.
It might not be the best idea, but they should work with a little magnetic spacer to act as a nipple. The circuit board in the top of the Provari extends just a little past the metal pin(positive connection) to prevent using flat tops, as best I can tell anyway. But I've tested with another flat top 18500 and they will work with a magnet. Be aware that obviously Provape recommends the AW IMR batteries. Hope that helps.

Kick works as intended and very well, I dont suggest running 18350 Batts with it though, run times are not good at all, 18490 works much better with longer run times.
I have used the kick in several devices, My results are all using AW imr batteries..... 18350/3.5-4 hrs.. 18490/6.5-7 hrs 18650/12-13.5 hrs....Your mileage may vary...
I find the kick to work best in the Silver Bullet... It does work quite well in the precise P+18500,BUT it is very tight fit. You will have to use your fingernail to help the grounding spring of the kick get past the threads of the P+. It is also a struggle to get it back out. The Precise works well with the Kick, But is fiddly to get the kick in and out
I use the kick batteries in my provari all the time... Just use a small spacer. They do seem to last a bit longer than the 18490 aw imr batteries Cheers
Provape only uses batteries with a nipple as a part of their reverse battery protection. If you put a flat top battery in the wrong way up with a magnet, you could damage it!
I run plenty of flat tops in my Provari, MNKE, and the Callies Kustoms Panasonic,an AW 2900-3100's and Redilast 2900 & 3100 using a nice rare earth magnet, been running the MNKE's AW, Redilast for well over a year, no issues what so ever.
Just so everyone knows.... using a magnet does void the warranty. Not trying to be a spoil sport or anything... just wanted to make that clear. Be safe!
