Their KR808D-1 kit came in fast in early July, helped me kick the habit.

I had a battery early failure -- out of the warranty period, but still early.

Drew was very flexible -- we commiserated over the joys of QC (that's why he's come out with a USA kit), and NHaler is comping it on a new order. (Another kit, for a friend.)

Can't ask for more than that -- an honest policy, with flexibility to build client relationships.

Excellent turn around on the new order -- placed it Tuesday at 10 pm, order received today, parts all fine, batteries charged (including the replacement -- thanks, Drew!).
