So, I am using a very low nic level, 6mg, and been at it for about a months or so, but recently (and probably from the use of the z atty pro), I've been getting this really odd feeling, wondering if I could get some help from the community with it. And I have never had nicotine before I started vaping (didn't come from smoking so much, but that's a story for a post I already made).

When I inhale, and upon exhaling, and after I take a slow breath of actual air, I get this light headed feeling, and dizzy, but not quite spinning, more of a very, VERY slow rotation, and I feel like I just want to close my eyes...not tired, but just want to relax.

I've been told this sounds like the first signs of lack of oxygen, but that it may be a nic high as well. It passes after a few minutes, so I THINK it's the former and not the latter...but what do you guys/girls think.

Thanks in advance for your input!

EDIT: I wish to add that this doesn't feel bad, feels nice to be honest, though last night I kept vaping through it, and it did make my stomach a little upset, though it may not have been the cause of sickness, as I ate -a lot- more for dinner last night than I normally do, so that may have been my stomach ...... at me for over filling it. Just trying to give as much detail as I can.

*shrug* It sounds more like oxygen deprivation than too much nic. Does that atty have an extremely tight draw and/or are you exhaling before taking a hit then inhaling till your lungs are absolutely full?

The draw is not tight at all, it's almost like breathing in. And...I don't -really- try to exhale first, though out of habit it usually does happen that way.

Huh. Are your lungs healthy, (as far as you know)? Were you a heavy smoker before you started vaping?

They are as far as I'm aware, as I stated, never had nicotine before vaping, so no, no smoking. Eh...alright, I had the rare cigar or pipe tobacco with my pipe, but by rare I mean it was at most a once a week occurrence, but it's been over a year since my last puff on either.

You could, shortlist the cause by getting yourself a bottle of zero nic juice (which you can later use as a filler, use it when you're lowering your nic intake or no longer dependent on nicotine flavors)... if there are no changes to your "high", then its most likely oxygen depravadation.

I've thought of this option, but right now, the nicotine is my only calm in a rush of life that I really can't cope with otherwise (see "long story" in first post), but I'll -probably- give this a try after the holiday season, by then things should calm down enough for me to deal with.

Sounds like a nicotine buzz to me. I got very similar effects from smoking a cigarette after trying to quit. Or even vape my father's high nic ejuice.
By the way, be careful about talking about that stuff you usually have in your pipe. Learn from my experience, your post will get deleted by the moderators or at least edited.

*sighs* While I appreciate the concern, I explicitly did state pipe "tobacco", leaving no way for it to be misconstrued, and I do not use any alternative forms of pipe, nor would I discuss it, this isn't the forum for it and that doesn't interest me at all.

Again, thank you for the concern ^^;

Hmmm that's an odd one Soully. Do you hold the vapor in your mouth and just roll it around before either inhaling or blowing it via mouth and /or nostrils. I would second the suggestion that you get some of your favorite juice in a 0 mg. Maybe mix it half and half with your 6 mg to make 3 mg, or use the 0 mgs. At least that way you'll know. Also DRINK WATER. Lots n lots of water. The PG and or VG are de-humectants. It is important that you do a small test on yourself with the lower nic, because if it's a health issue, you need to be checking into the doc rather than be in state of wonder and allow something bad to continue to get worse. Let us know what you find.

Based on your research, are you experiencing symptoms that are not consistent with those of nicotine intoxication/ overdose?
Seems like par for the course and you are just up in your head too much.

Good luck

Mmmm, just ordered another 30ml of my favorite eliquid the other day, and it should be here tomorrow, it is indeed the 6mg though. With the move I have coming up in about 7 days, not in a position to order more yet, but I will give that an attempt once things have settled. I can say that I don't feel sick, or unwell, or like something is wrong yet, but I'll keep an eye on my body just in case...also can't go to a doctor yet as I have no health insurance, not for another 3ish months or so anyway, but again, will definitely keep an eye on my body.

Thanks for all the input!

As I mentioned in my opening post, I've never used nicotine before, so I'm not sure what the symptoms of nicotine intoxication/overdose are, hence why I was looking for input and advice here, but thank you for the luck! Here's hoping it's nothing too bad!

Too much nicotine - headache and nausea. Your lightheadedness may be similar to that which us old ex-smokers first experienced when we first started. Can you buy some glycerin (first aid section, or moisturizer section) from Walmart or similar? That is VG and you could just cut the liquid 50/50 with that and try a little - that way you'd get a better idea that it is a natural pleasant occurrence and not a symptom of something else.

Once I finish moving I can probably give this a try...is it as simple as it sounds? Mix x + y? Or is there a bit more to it

Always a good idea to use chemicals you do not understand. Please do a bit of research BEFORE you put something inside of you.

Wishing you more luck then you will need...(I hope).
