Absolutely Soully - it IS VG, and its about $3 a bottle. You only need to mix a tank half n half to see if it has the same effect. Your flavor will be muted, but as its only a small tank full, you can try just to see for yourself if its the nicotine or not.

Once I finish moving I can probably give this a try...is it as simple as it sounds? Mix x + y? Or is there a bit more to it

I did not realize that you never smoked or used nicotine. Definitely too much nic too fast. We , and I mean me too, tend to vape more than we smoked for various reasons. One being it tastes so good, we forget it has nicotine. Second with a cigarette there is a start and a finish. We get the buzz when we are new and then our bodies get used to it.

I think most e-liquids start at 6mg and not too many stores sell lower or 0 nic. You can order on line juice and you do get a choice of 0 juice. Maybe you can order 2 smaller bottles one with zero and one with 6mg and just mix the 2 so you get less. SOme places actually sell what they call doublers , no nic versions . Those are actually a great deal because the doublers are half the price for larger bottles. You can customize the amount of nic.

But heck why not just go with no nic to start. Why get addicted when there is no need to. Enjoy the vape. Listen to this mom. Just take it easy "son" and enjoy. Dont let the some of those make you feel dumb, we were all in the same boat at some time:)

Nicotine overdose Signs and symptoms

Nicotine poisoning tends to produce symptoms that follow a biphasic pattern. The initial symptoms are mainly due to stimulatory effects and include nausea and vomiting, excessive salivation, abdominal pain, pallor, sweating, hypertension, tachycardia, ataxia, tremor, headache, dizziness, muscle fasciculations, and seizures.[4] After the initial stimulatory phase, a later period of depressor effects can occur and may include symptoms of hypotension and bradycardia, central nervous system depression, coma, muscular weakness and/or paralysis, with difficulty breathing or respiratory failure.

Oxygen Deprevation Signs and symptoms

The symptoms of generalized hypoxia depend on its severity and acceleration of onset. In the case of altitude sickness, where hypoxia develops gradually, the symptoms include headaches, fatigue, shortness of breath, a feeling of euphoria and nausea. In severe hypoxia, or hypoxia of very rapid onset, changes in levels of consciousness, seizures, coma, priapism, and death occur. Severe hypoxia induces a blue discoloration of the skin, called cyanosis. Because haemoglobin is a darker red when it is not bound to oxygen (deoxyhaemoglobin), as opposed to the rich red color that it has when bound to oxygen (oxyhaemoglobin), when seen through the skin it has an increased tendency to reflect blue light back to the eye. In cases where the oxygen is displaced by another molecule, such as carbon monoxide, the skin may appear 'cherry red' instead of cyanotic.

Awesome, so mix, use, and find out, seems easy enough. Thank you for the actual answer.

Clearly just sounds like a buzz. I remember the good ole days when I got a buzz off of a cigg. If it only last a short bit I wouldn't worry about it. However, like others have stated, I would suggest zero nic so you don't get addicted. Most non-smokers have no idea how addicted you can get to nic/ciggs. Hence the statement we all used to get from nonsmokers...."Why don't you just quit?"

Not going to explain my reasoning for using nicotine again, already posted about it a few days ago, so if you want to know why you can look for it there, but the short answer is no, I'm not dropping the nicotine at this point in time.

I know my tolerance to addictive substances, and my own metabolism, and how I react to withdrawals from things. Yes, withdrawals aren't always the same substance to substance, but I'm not really worried about addiction, that's not my high point on my totem pole at the moment.

Same principle as when someone asked a smoker "Why not just quit?" as is it when people say to me "Well you shouldn't use nicotine". Without knowing my story, or what I'm going through makes that statement seem kind of shallow, doesn't it? ^^

I'll be taking the advice of the other member and mixing in some VG, but it will be at a later date, I don't wheeze, I'm not coughing (except off the bat to a little scratchy throat, and that's because I'm still working on water intake), and my only problem that came up is what I mentioned in my opening post. It's not even so much a problem as something I wasn't familiar with, so I was seeking out people in this forum's advice...sadly about half of what I've gotten are condescending remarks from people who believe a high post count means they are important, but it is all taken with a grain of salt! ...mmm...salt...where's my lime and glass at! I know it's five somewhere on this planet!

Thank you though for your input though, I do appreciate it!

I have reduced my smoking considerably - but when I last travelled back home from here in Hawaii, it was about 27 hours, cigarette free, before I could actually "light one up" and I nearly lost my balance and felt light headed! This after 40 years of the nasty cigs. So yes, chances are it is nicotine. But don't leave it to chance from anything we tell you, and do try that 3 mg nic suggestion - oh and by the way you can actually vape VG (glycerin) on its own so that would stand for your 0 mg nicotine test as well as using it to mix a small amount 50:50 with your 6 mg nic juice.

I didn't see any condescending remarks. On ECF People do get concerned and try to help others. Hopefully you will come to see that as well as some people just like to joke around.

It seems to me that when others are asking you questions that it annoys you BUT that is how people find out what you are doing and why you are doing it which will help in the answers you receive.

IMO your symptoms should be checked out by the suggestions already made by others.
