Nic Level & Throat Hit

I like a strong throat hit but wanting to cut back on nic. Any recommendations on how to keep a strong throat hit with less nic? Thanks!!!

tobacco absolute (ALC) flavor concentrate

any alcohol based tobacco (like the absolute listed)....ALC in parenthesis shows you it is alcohol based

You can also try adding a few drops of vodka. The higher the proof the better, at least 100 proof.
