Ok...I have a 30ml bottle of 30mg PG. If I mix that 50/50 with PG, then I will have 15ml nic right? If I then mix that with any equal amount of VG/PG, the nic level will go down to around 7 correct? If I want to keep my nic level around 15, then I need to keep my nic liquid at 30? I wanna get all this right before I actually start using it.

Let's say you wanted to make 8mg juice, and you have 30mg nic.
Divide 8 by 30 and you get 0.266. (26.6% of nic base is needed in the recipe)
Let's say you're making a 15mL batch.
Multiply 15 by 0.266 to get nic volume: 3.99mL, call it 4.0mL of 30mg nic.
Here's how to check your calculations:
Multiply intended nic strength by amount of recipe: 8mg x 15mL = 120mg
Multiply the nic base strength by amount to be used in recipe: 4mL x 30mg = 120mg
The numbers match, so the calculations were correct.
