Using half of each would be 8.5 mg/ml. Just pour them together, shake it a little.
It will be lower but we need how much of both you mixed.
Did you take two 10ml of both and put them into a 20ml mix or two 15ml and put them into 30ml or what
It'll be somewhere between 11mg and 6mg no matter what you did though, it'll lower because you're diluting 11mg with a lower mg. I think.

Thanks for the answers. I had a feeling it lowered the nic mg. The question didnt really give enough info for it to be answered correctly. (but really I wasnt expecting that).
Situation:
I am using a regular Bloog e cig.
I ran out of my regular 6mg premade juices so I've been filling my carto half with 11mg juice and half 6 mg juice. (the 11mg was a flub in my ordering and the 6mg was flavored red hots which I really didnt like,but I have to vap something)
I've been vaping this mix for about 3 days now and its was relatively ok. A few nicotine overdose with nausea but not real bad. TODAY I got my E Go Go. Loaded the HUGE carto with the same mix of half 11mg and half 6mg. I didnt get nausea but man I developed alot of pressure on my chest. Thats been over 30 minutes ago and it's still not 100% gone. No dizziness or anything else.....just alot of chest pressure. Now granted the E Go Go puts out considerable more vapor than the Bloog.
Why did I mix them instead of just using the 6mg Red hots flavor? Well because I wanted to make it my juice stretch till I get more ....which should be here any day now.

Don't try to mix inside a carto, use a small cleaned bottle, pour the two eliquids in, shake.

I know what happened. Ya see I ordered a red cone with my EGo Go,but they didnt have any in stock. So to "make up" for the red cone he sent 2 five packs of red cartos. Which I just smelled and they HAVE juice already in them. And seeing how theres NO info on what mg of nic these are,theres no telling WHAT the nic level was after I added the 11mg and 6mg. I can tell ya it was no where NEAR my regular 6mg though. Was nice to be given the extra cartos but the whole ordeal was kinda scury.
Now I have to flush out these red ones so I can fill them with my regular 6mg when it gets here.
Luckily I had ordered a pack of black cartos with my Go Go order and I filled it with the Red Hots 6mg. It's doin just fine.

Glad you got to the bottom of it. I would have been suspicious of mystery cartos as well haha
Bloodwolf, it's a liquid, the concentration of a mix cannot be higher than the higher than either of the mixed ingredients. If you have one ounce of 100 proof whiskey and add one ounce of Coke- you end up with a 50 proof drink that ends up in the urinal
