Heck the MSD for any hazardous chemical will say sort of the same thing as that one below. I don't think anyone here is stating that you don't have to educate yourself and be careful when mixing 100mg Nic juice, sure you do, but then again you have to be careful while warming a babies bottle to so you don't give the baby to hot of a bottle and burn the kids mouth and throat, (get it) There are plenty of hazardous chemicals that are readily available if people choose to purchase them, the ones that do most likely educate themselves before using it therefore they understand how to handle the chemical. The ones that don't are the idiots that get hurt or hurt someone else, !!!

I personally have no issues with 100mg nicotine. It can be handled safely if you are moderately careful. However, that pure nicotine stuff.... that's just scary dangerous. You'd be safer handling cyanide. You have to be very well-trained to handle the stuff, just like the guys I work with who work on power lines. One little mistake is all it takes to make your kids orphans.

this is for e-liquid base

I get what you mean, but nobody aside from trained chemists should ever go near that stuff. A 10% solution of Nicotine in either PG or VG is going to have different characteristics than 99% purity, so I was just saying that I'm not sure that the MSDS sheet for pure nicotine is relevant to the current conversation.
